The servers here are super nice and very attentive. We came in on Labor Day, so they had their breakfast buffet still going. My parents and husband were very happy with the offerings.
I do warn any vegetarians, however. Your only option is going to be a veggie omelet. It's good, don't get me wrong, I just hate feeling like I have no choices.
I would love to come back for lunch or dinner and give it a try.

Visiting the Wild Pumpkin is a cute area to visit especially if you have kids. Offers a petting farm, farmers market, and mazes to entertain the young and young at heart.
If you want to taste the BEST donuts ever, hot and fresh, this is the place.
Pick out a pumpkin, have cider and donuts, shop crafts. Nice place to lay back and enjoy your day.

The History of the County is at the Museum. The original families in the county have donated items to the museum. They have original High School year books. Displays from the Gladwin Movie Theatre, Barber Shop and Farming Implements. You need to see the original Phone Equipment. The Historical Society sponsors the annual "Carriage Festival" in August.

Feed the whitetail deer here. They have deer in a fenced in area behind the store. A couple of them will come right up to the window of the shop, if you don't want to go outside. They carry a good amount of archery equipment plus a range to try it out. In the summer, they have a great variety of hard ice cream. There is a good variety of gifts for everyone who likes the outdoors. Whether it's a natural bed, beautiful vine wreathes, or wedding flowers to go along with your camouflage formals, which you can order there, or smaller items like picture frames, there is something for everyone. A fun place to stop in with the family of all ages.

‘Ello chaps!
Ahh, nothing is better than fresh Fall air and a trip to the cider mill.
Fruitful Orchard and Cider Mill is located on M-61 in Gladwin, Michigan.
The highlight of the trip is no doubt the pick your own apples. You can buy a bag and roam around the orchard, picking a variety of 35 different kind of apples that suits ya. Eat them there, or save them to make an apple pie, up to you.
Can’t bake? That’s ok, they sell pies and all sorts of goodies inside. The café rolls out fresh baked goods plus those famous donuts.
Can’t visit an orchard without having some donuts and apple cider.
Unlike other major orchards in Michigan, “activities” are primarily the orchard and bakery. There are not expansive playgrounds, although I did see signs for hay rides which seem to operate on limited basis, perhaps on weekends.
