We are a New York State farm distillery. Every product we make start with New York State grains as locally as we can source them. Our corn is non-GMO from right here in Washington County. All of our hand crafted spirits are available for tasting and purchase in our tasting room which also includes a large viewing window so you can see the process we go through to create them.
