18 Hole Championship Course and 9 Hole Local 9 for families and beginners. Great practice facilities, fun relaxed place to play golf and hang out. Food and all the best beverages available.
Pebble Creek is above average for difficulty. It has wide open fairways on many holes so errant drives can be recovered from with a good second shot. There is water on several holes and enough sand traps to keep you honest. The greens are in good shape, but the tee boxes could use a little attention. After rains, there are a couple holes that can be soggy with no carts allowed on the fairways, so keep that in mind if walking is an issue. The course is actually three nines. Play the blue and white 9s.
The clubhouse is nice with a good selection of drinks and food. Service can be a little slow, but generally is friendly.
Overall, it's probably one of the better values on the Northwest side of the Metro.

Just because the weather cools off don't be afraid to go canoeing! The folks here are very helpful and have great equipment! CW has nice equipment that is very well maintained and clean! Rental places usually have terrible looking equipment and the life jackets stink to high heavens, but it was not like that at CW! I was very impressed with their building and attention they give customers. They gave us lots of tips on how to maneuver and since it was cold made sure we understood what to do if we tipped the canoe and how to get help. We took the 8 mile beginner and it took us about 2 hours. The fall colors along the river were gorgeous, we just bundled up and it was fine, we never got cold once and temp was about 45. Once you reach the pickup point you call them and they come get you. The shuttle van was clean and has a/c and heat. This is the absolute best place I have ever rented from and will certainly return!

Collector cars, gas pumps, memorabilia and grounds.
Lots of eye candy for the guys, beautifully restored old cars, 55 chevys, dozens of old restored gas pumps, some pedal cars, gas station signs and memorabilia. I loved the old glass vases, the glass shift knobs and the glass cigarette ash trays from the old luxury cars. There is a beautiful space for picnics, so take your Cub Scout troup or your baseball team, etc. for an outing. It's a short drive from the cities. Don't miss it!

The Lupulin Red is my new favorite breakfast. Just kidding, but it really is amazing. It'll be the perfect brew for summer--forget your wimpy shandies and go for a growler of the Red! They've got others, too, and there's good reason this place is my son-in-law's favorite. You can order food from other places and eat it whilst you quaff your favorite Lupulin brew. Enjoy!

Home to the Blandings turtle, a threatened species, the rolling terrain of this scenic park is perfect for hikers, backpackers, horseback riders and cross-country skiers.
This state park has a natural and secluded setting that isn't over populated with users. Motorized vehicles are not allowed on the trails. Horseback riding is allowed in this park. It has lakeside settings as well as beautiful wooded hiking trails. Wonderful colors in fall. You can also make good use of winter time activities here including snow shoes, country country skiing and event winter campi sites can be rented. Off the beaten track and only 8 miles from the I-94 Interstate Exit #195 in Monticello.

Was there on 6/24/2015 - a Wednesday evening at 7:00 - kinda past the dinner hour. A group of 6 were leaving when we walked in. It appeared that there may have been two people working that contributed to our experience (bartender/server & cook)? Service was slow. Granted it's a Wednesday evening, and you could kinda tell they were stretched thin as the former customers tables were not cleared for at least half an hour. Drinks - again service slow. My son and I ordered lemonades. She commented that she had to change the tanks out. Well - she never cleared the lines. I did not get lemonade, but what tasted like water with a lemon slice added. Certainly NOT $4.50 worth of lemonade... Burgers were the saving grace. They were good. My wife had a chicken fajita wrap which we laughed about. It was an average chicken wrap with ranch sauce on the side with a dash of barbecue sauce in it - not my standard of a fajita... Because it is local and close by, we may give it another shot, otherwise we would not waste our time.
