A rustic old family house lost in the middle of the Andes, surrounded by high peaks, all kind of flora, streams with beautiful trout, majestic Condors ruling the sky and Guanacos observing us from the distance. Come for the day or stay with the family for as long as you want! The available activities are horseback riding, birdwatching, fly fishing, trekking, enjoying local food with wine!
Our day trip took us into the Andes, 10,000 feet up, on horseback. With an amazing guide, Noami, we saddled up and ventured into the mountains after enjoying Maté together. While the owner (Cato) and his son (Augustine) and Beti prepared us a REAL asada, we trotted up the hills, seeing Guanacos and Condors, drinking glacier water straight from a stream, and aiming our cameras at the amazing views. They stopped along the way to give us meat and cheese and wine. After our picnic we traversed up the hills to a high pint with views unlike anything in North America. On the way down you could smell the grill as we approached our quaint headquarters. There, the owner served us wine and food to our stomach’s content. What an amazing day. This is truly and experience you will take with you the rest of your life. Imagine the photo opportunities, the stories and the experience you will create. This will open your mind to the culture and old traditions of the Gaucho better than anything else you could do in Mendoza.

The tour begins with a visit to the vineyards, where the Venetian varieties Corvina and Pinot Grigio are grown alongside the Argentinean grapes Malbec and Torrontés using organic cultivation practices. The visit proceeds with the grape drying loft: a unique idea in South America, where grapes are laid out to dry on "arele" or bamboo racks in the same method that is employed in the Veneto, in which Masi has internationally recognised expertise. The Masi Tupungato estate offers visitors the unique opportunity of visiting an authentic nature reserve, comprising a botanic garden and centres of biodiversity and conservation containing numerous examples of native flora and fauna. The tour includes a visit to the barrel cellars too, where the unique 600-litre Veronese "fusto" is used instead of barriques, as happens in all Masi wineries. The barrel cellars are unique for another reason: water pours over one of the stone walls to maintain natural humidity and ideal cellar temperatures. On the estate we have places dedicated to the culture of wine and its pairing with food fully equipped to give guests a comfortable and unique experience.

We are a boutique winery situated in Tupungato, in Uco Valley. We focus in the production of premium wines, specially MALBEC! You can visit our winery, and do a tasting picking out our different options, with our professionals in charge.
This is a small vineyard by Mendoza standards, but it has the largest heart. We were greeted by Paola with a great deal of warmth. The tour was delivered with a wonderful depth of knowledge and the tour was very enjoyable, mainly because of the enthusiasm for the place and it's product by our guide. This was not a script learned by some one with little passion for the wine. The tasting was a real surprise with some excellent wines. Finca Adelma is working hard to produce some very good wine. Its is a place you should visit and we greatly preferred it to the bigger vineyards such as Salentein. The area for tasting outside was picturesque and done with great generosity. I would say this was the best value for money we have seen from a wine tasting, we loved every minute of it.

Domaine Bousquet, leader in organic production and exports in Argentina, offers tours and tasting in Spanish and English, everyday from 9 a.m to 6 p.m.
We had the pleasure of having lunch at Domaine Bousquet about 3 weeks ago. It honestly was one of the highlights of our trip to Argentina. We looked around at a few restaurant wineries in the area before selecting Domaine Bousquet. The setting seemed pretty and the menu appealing. It was not overcrowded the day we were there - there was a foursome traveling with a wine guide and us. We sat on the second floor - outside over looking the Andes. The table was set with nice china and stemware. We had a lovely 5 course meal. Portions were nicely sized - not too big as we found in most of Argentina. They poured good wines - and generous pours. If you wanted more you only needed to ask. Our server was darling. If memory serves me correctly I believe the cost of this was an amazing $45 per person. I just loved it and would recommend it and return back.

Finca SOPHENIA is an argentine winery recognized as one of the top quality wine producers from Argentina. To achieve its goals, Roberto Luka, its founder and conductor, chose Gualtallary, Tupungato, Mendoza, one of the most prestigious regions to produce high quality wines. The result was quite rewarding and the wines have already been praised by the wine writers in Europe, America and Asia. The wines started to sell worldwide in 2004 and succeeded to reach more than 25 countries.
We came unannounced, but the guard at the gate was nice enough to check of there was time for a visit. We were welcomed by Marcelo Gil, who is a knowledgeable and lovely young man, and who provided us with a wonderful tour and tasting.
