Tbilisi (English: /təbɪˈliːsi, təˈbɪlɪsi/ tə-bih-LEE-see, tə-BIL-ih-see; Georgian: თბილისი [tʰbilisi] ( listen)), in some countries also still named by its pre-1936 international designation Tiflis (/ˈtɪflɪs/ TIF-liss), is the capital and the largest city of Georgia, lying on the banks of the Kura River with a population of approximately 1.5 million people. Founded in the 5th century AD by Vakhtang I of Iberia, since then Tbilisi served as the capital of various Georgian kingdoms and republics. Between 1801 and 1917, then part of the Russian Empire, Tbilisi was the seat of the Imperial Viceroy, governing both Southern and Northern Caucasus.

We loved this area and managed to visit twice. We walked up to the botanical gardens and watched the waterfall. We also visited Gill’s twice. The 80 gel room is brilliant and the scrub was really good. A great early Sunday morning treat. Highly recommend.

“Bohema” is a one of sulphur baths, also known as “Georgian spa”, or “Bath of Mirzoyev”. This is the best place for relaxation, because of his specific water and different types of massage, which we offer to our customers. First of all we have georgian traditional massage and pilling, with his unique methods. After that your body is the clearest and you feel lightness, your skin is getting soft.

We read different reviews and were really hesitating to go to sulfur baths. But in reality it was an amazing experience! We really enjoyed. We booked room number 1, chose it by photos. It was nice spacious and clean. With hot and cold sulfur water pools, sauna, shower and a place for scrubbing. We also took massage with kisa, also highly recommended. After hot and cold pools, sauna, massage and herbal tea we felt so great full of energy, rejuvenated and relaxed

Huge room with two pools with very warm and cold water, a shower and sauna. The bath needs to be ordered in advance. Additionally, I highly recommend ordering soap message and peeling. After the bath, be sure to order herbal tea there and rest a bit. If the company is large, and everyone wants a soap massage with peeling, then one hour is not enough.
