We went off-season (mid Oct) between summer and skiing so the area was very quiet with only 3 or 4 restaurants open in the village. Good service, pleasant staff and the food was very good. Quite expensive but the quality was good so reasonable value.

A traditional Japanese sushi counter experience. Let our experienced sushi masters prepare today's freshest ocean delicacies.
... in one hour, all you can eat sushi. At ¥4,000 for lunch, it is the most reasonable price for what you get at the Hilton Niseko. You start off with five pieces of chef selection sushi. Then, order from a limited sushi menu all you can eat. All the sushi was good and the chefs were professional and did not "over rice" the sushi in order to stuff you.Skip breakfast and come hungry. If you are able to eat twenty pieces, you will get your money's worth.

In December 2014, "An dining / cafe and bar" is opening its doors in Ki Niseko. This ideal location with an incredible view of Mount Yotei and where Guests can enjoy natural hot springs throughout the year has to be experienced to be believed. On the firs
We came a year ago & were appeased with services & quality of food. This time round, itâs less impressive perhaps both quality & fancy factor ebbing. We enjoyed lunch better for better value, less so for dinner. Seafood here generally better than meat dishes.
This is a relatively new (2017) place and is now established as very good local restaurant. It's located just out of Niseko Town over the yellow bridge, towards the Annapuri Ski Area just across the road from the Seven Eleven. Map location is incorrect at the time of writing but TA have been notified. They have Japanese Screen doors to section of private areas, with tables and chairs and one large central table ybench style. The menu has many regular dishes and some more unique. The Sashimi plate was first class, and they offer very reasonably priced children's meals and the Chicken meal was a hit. They also have the Nomihoudai - 2 hour open drinks deal for 2000, for those needing more a couple of beverages.
Enjoy sushi crafted of the finest seasonal ingredients, served in a setting of tranquil luxury. Sushi Shin is the only branch restaurant of 2017 Michelin Three star recipient Master Chef Miyakawa. We provide an intimate and authentic Edomae sushi experien
Step out of the usual izakayas and popular spots in Niseko village, and you will be well rewarded with this sushi-ya, located in the quiet Kamui hotel. The experience is few notches up from all Japanese eateries in the area, and nothing less than the best in big cities like Tokyo. Each piece is deftly and meticulously handled with pride. This being winter, the fish was richer, in particular a buri that was intensely straw smoked, and melt in the mouth akami maguro and chu-toro. When the tuna was served, the chef presented the original certificate indicating that the tuna was a 180kg line-caught fish from Aomori prefecture. This was new to me. The chef was earnest, humble, and service was friendly and professional. All I can say is, get here soon to enjoy a meal in tranquility, before the mainstream crowd floods it.

We come here every time we are in Niseko. The sashimi and sushi are outstanding. I would eat here every day if I didnât have to take a cab from the Hirafu village. Itâs 4 miles total which isnât far but in winter weather itâs far. Get the omikase and enjoy the local sake! I didnât like the hairy crab or mackerel but others in my group loved them.

Sushi, seafood, ramen, yakitori all made with delicious Hokkaido ingredients and fresh seafood from the northern island of Rebun. Varied drinks menu. It's about a 20minutes drive from Hirafu. If you are going to stay at the hotel near there. We will come
Visited this restaurant a couple of times in January.Excellent atmosphere and food. Good range of Japanese foods including ramen, hotpots, skewers. Good service, good value.Little out of the way, needing transport to get there - believe they will organise if required.
