Once an exclusive retreat for the crème de la crème of society, Porto Cervo is still one of the world’s most luxurious resorts, but thanks to the 2004 opening of an airport in nearby Olbia, you don’t have to own a megayacht to vacation here. You do, however, need to realize this is definitely not a backpack-and-Eurail Pass destination. Designer boutiques, luxury spas, fine restaurants and exclusive nightspots abound.

Novikov Restaurant, in the heart of Porto Cervo, brings the best of its signature Asian fusion menu combined with Sardinian flavours and local ingredients. Guests can indulge in the simple yet elegant design of the internal dining room with marble counter
overpriced and nothing special whatsoever. the sushi is average as well as the other dishes. i think the restaurants in this area exploit people because they are wealthy. Dear Karim R,Many thanks for choosing Novikov restaurant and for dedicating a bit of your time to review your experience with us. I am sorry to read that we did not meet your expectations in terms of culinary choice and prices. Regarding the prices I would say that they are in line with the other restaurants in Costa Smeralda and they reflects the exclusivity of the location: Novikov is situated in the famous Piazzetta, the heart of Porto Cervo with an enchanting view of the old Port. The entire staff and I will be pleased to welcome you again whenever your travel plans bring you back to Porto Cervo. Kind Regards,

Ovviamente ci torneremo!

It is a brand new restaurant in Poltu Quatu. Service is very friendly. The Sushi @ Legami is very good with a good variety of Makis, sashimi and cones. Unfortunately i found the size of the Maki rolls small. The Shrimps tempura are magnificent as well as the Lobster Maki.Prices are average to high â¬â¬â¬ but hey you are in Sardinia and they are worth every penny. The restaurant is overlooking the Marina of Poltu Qualtu.Recommend to all (photos attached)

Not so Japanese and not Italian except for the promotion Mazeratti chairs and Champagne advertising. At least not much was spent on furniture! Yet the absent minded service and approximate dishes did not really make up for the short comings ? Decent wine list properly priced was probably one of the upsides as well as a view on some nice yachts and a parking garage for those into that...

New restaurant from Milan just opened branch in Porto Cervo this summer. By far the best Japanese restaurant in Sardinia. Great menu with lovely dishes - great chefs, beautiful presentation, even great sake. We will become regular visitors to this restaurant. Always a pleasure to be back.

Very expensive (e.g. small tuna tartar dish for 50 euros) with non fresh fish (you could perfectly tell with all senses (sight, taste and smell) its sashimi was low quality and non fresh - specially the salmon and tuna. We did not finish). The waiter argued that their sashimi was high quality because we complained about it but really I can tell you that based on my experience (like to go to best Japanese restaurants once a month) that you would only expect this quality in an all inclusive buffet. In addition we also had a flavorless risotto.Besides that, I do not understand how a self-claimed Japanese restaurant does not offer sake in their drink list.By all means a NO GO place
