I always wonder what's the story when a restaurant is opened, especially a place like this. It doesn't look like it was originally a an Asian food place but on the inside the owner/cook is a pro! My wife discovered it via Groupon (which I don't think restaraunts really love but love the initial large check!) and we were nervous when we first walked in. No one else was there. We've since returned twice! If you like to support a local mom/pop place trying to work hard - with good sushi/Asian food as well - stop by! It almost feels like Baboo's place on Seinfeld, and you'll feel like Jerry! (BTW, the picture submitted is mine, not from management)

Friends wanted to meet for lunch and picked this place out. We have never been here before and although the service and food were good it was not anything special from our usual sushi places.I was disappointed that when asking for one of the sushi rolls that is tempura-battered they said they can't use Soy paper or it will fall apart, I don't like seaweed and our normal places always use soy with no issues. :(

Love this place. Fish is fresh, service is prompt, and it looks cool inside. This is a great place to take a person on a semi-casual date. Love the roll variety, but be sure to check the lunch specials. They have a tip jar by the register, and you might as well drop something in there because you will not be disappointed.

Sushi bar and hibachi restaurant. Not table side hibachi show, but same taste! Soup, salad entrée with both noodles and fried rice and your choice of protein.
