Our speciality is the classic Florentine rump steak, among many other types of meat cooked exclusively on the grill, as is the Tuscan tradition. You can taste our specialities, the meat is from our farm at 50 meters of restaurant, is organic and o.g.m. fr

I ordered a Brazilian style steak dish which would have been excellent if it had arrived as I requested - medium instead of rare.I ordered a Weiss(wheat) beer which is normally cloudy so didn't think much more of it till I tasted it and it was 'different' however the barman must have realised too and explained it was the last in the barrel and exchanged it for a different beer which redeemed the situation. The burgers looked good and were popular.

This is a place to go for meat, Tuscan style. Go for bisteccas in different variations, try tagliata, which is a bistecca in slices on a bed of ruccola, sprinkled with olive oil and parmegiano on top, very good!

Absolutely fabulous restaurant at believable prices! We had the set menu which was... Tagliatelle with bolognaise sauceOrTuscan starters500g (each) of T-Bone steak with potato fried crisps and saladUnlimited water and red wine! For â¬27 each! The staff do not speak much English but thatâs not any problem they are more than happy to help and try, they have an English menu which is perfect! Portion sizes are huge and you can tell itâs a popular place with the locals!Plus if you have any room for dessert I would recommend the chocolate mouse - amazing!

At first impression I do agree with one of the latest reviews regarding a very cold welcome. Even though we were there with a friend of us which is a kind of local/familiar. But at the end they changed behaviour and basically the more you talked...the better you could finally communicate with. Now food: there are few nice starters as you can see from the photos; pizza/ham/fegatini ragu....all perfect for waiting the real issue which is the amazing steak....all served in the middle tray as per foto Super and easy local Sangiovese by Villa Calappiano(which I also bought for home). Finally (and unfortunately for my belly) superb home made tiramisu and creme caramel

This is a new restaurant in Lamporecchio. In fact it is a butcher's with a few tables where you can eat excellent products at shop prices. All starters are very good and the T bone steaks are exceptionally juicy and tasty. Simple decor but great atmosphere. Very good wine list with affordable prices

Went there by recommendation of our hotelier. We asked for a great view and great meat. The filletto di manzo (sth close to fillet Mignon) was very tasty and first time in Italy - cooked as asked, medium-well (everywhere else you ask for it and still get it medium-rare). The dessert - chocolate mousse - was also good.
