Iâm still salivating about my meal last night. There wasnât a thing wrong. We got there a little early so sat at the bar for a drink. I ordered a Dirty Goose Martini and let me tell you is was worth all of the $14 I paid for it. I even got a second one. We were surprised to find out that it was Restaurant Week so they had specially priced meals available. So, instead of splitting a meal as we planned, we ordered our own. My dinner order was the stuffed chicken breast. So delicious I donât know how to describe it. I ate every last bite. My garlic mashed potatoes were perfection. The bread and butter served were fresh. My husband ordered the filet and he loved it. It came still sizzling on the plate. Our food was hot the entire time we were eating. We tried their sweet potato casserole which I donât care for usually but the cinnamon crumble on that stuff was so amazing I could probably eat broccoli if it was topped with that! Our desserts were cheesecake served with chocolate bark. Very yummy! We were actually so sad to have eaten this meal by the end because now we are gonna be unhappy with anything else we ever eat. Nothing will measure up! Holy cow, we had the best time! Our meal for the two of us came to $159. We had drinks and did a few upgrades on the special meals so thatâs why our bill was a little high for restaurant week. Those specials are a 3 course meal for $36. So, you could spend less than we did with no upgrades.

Took my family to capital Grille to celebrate a girl going off to college and another girlâs soccer triumphs. We had the pleasure of being served by Howie and Lance. They were attentive and interactive and made an otherwise great experience even better! The food was fantastic, my daughters like their steaks medium well, and rarely if ever do they come out to their liking. While it took longer, their strip steaks did have just a hint of pink in the center, perfect the first time! The truffle fries were a big hit, The brussels sprouts not so much. Howie and Lance made it the special night we were looking for. Well done.

Trotta's Steak & Seafood is an upscale, yet casual dining restaurant located in the heart of the Dayton, Kentucky Historic District. Serving hand cut steaks and fresh seafood daily, Trotta's is a hidden gem that must be experienced by locals and tourists.
My parents took all of us to dinner at Trotta's to celebrate the three January birthdays in our family. My wife, boys, and I had never been and were very excited after seeing the menu. Trotta's is located in an old bank and still has the two vaults inside, making for a very neat atmosphere. We got there at 6:15 and we all ordered around 6:30. The service was friendly including Mr. Trotta spending time at each table. I ordered a medium 16 ounce ribeye with Cajun Mac 'N Cheese and a Caesar Salad with anchovies (yes) to start. I liked all of it. The salad had good flavor and plenty of anchovies, my steak was cooked perfectly, and the Cajun mac and cheese was wonderfully spicy. My wife liked her prime rib and our sons enjoyed the ribs. Other items we ordered were the Eggplant Parmesan and Frutti Di Mare. I tried the Frutti Di Mare and the sauce lacked seasoning and had too much wine in it. Overall, the meal itself was good. The problem is that we waited 65 minutes before our entrees arrived. I always look at the time when we order to get an idea of how long it took. I'm generally ok with even 30 minutes, but over an hour is just too much. Add to that our server being nowhere to be found until the entrees began arriving.Long story short, the food was good but the wait was a huge turnoff.

I recently moved to Cincinnati after living the last 20 years in Boston & NYC. Jeff Ruby's rivals any top steakhouse in the country. I've been many times and the staff is always personable and on top of things and the food is consistently excellent. Would highly recommend!

Finding a great Italian restaurant stateside can be like looking for a needle in a haystack. To ease your search for Italy's finest foods, BRIO Tuscan Grille in Newport, KY, brings Central Italy's most famous coastal dishes right to you. Located in Newpor
Low quality ingredients prepared in a too artificial way: far too much sweet balsamic vinegar on everything, probably to make us feel we are in an Italian place, but it is just a low-end American kind of food.Average service, not very professional.Too expensive for what it is, not worth it.

For Jeff Ruby, this is the steakhouse that started it all. In 1981 and in the midst of one of the worst economies in a generation, The Precinct was born in the former Cincinnati Police Patrol House Number 6. This turn-of-the-century, Romanesque-style stru
