This is a yummy restaurant in Moon Palace Nizuc. It's one of our favorites. They continue to bring all different kinds of meat (chicken, flank steak, roast, pork, etc) around on big skewers. There is a card near your plate that is red on one side and green on the other. They bring the meat until you turn your card to red. They also have a decent salad /side bar and yummy desserts if you can hold them after all that meat. :)

The new location of Cambalache in La Isla Cancun is great! Excellent setting, nicely done. Food, specially steaks and carpaccios are excellent quality. Pair your steaks with quality wines from Argentina, great choices await you. Hileras del Sol Gran Reserva Malbec is fantastic.

Have been fortunate enough to eat fine meals in cities like, ew York, Rome, Florence, Las Vegas, Dallas, Mexico City and the like. Not only was the food amazing to see and eat, the staff was excellent as well. If you are fortunate enough to be seated in Geradoâs or Pabloâs section, you are in for a treat. Their service is the best I have ever received from any fine dining restaurant in my life and complimented the quality of the meal perfectly. They were always ready when we needed service, but never in our fave. They never made us feel rushed or hurried during the entire course of the meal which lasted more than two hours. We like to take our time and enjoy each course that we eat. My wife and I started with two excellent Margaritas. We then split two of the wood fired octopus meals. Octopus can be difficult to prepare correctly, but this restaurant did it perfectly. We followed the octopus course with the Spanish ham which was carved table side and presented in an artisan style. I have sampled different prosciuttoâs and hams from a variety of different places; this one is absolutely the best I have ever eaten. Finally, The staff that made my family and I feel very welcome at the table. We were never rushed despite having an excellent view of the marina and the interest rather casually. They treated us like royalty and did not charge us by our physical appearance or clothing. We I have eaten at many other nice restaurants in this area. However, this one is the best for the quality of the food and the service. As a bonus, this meal was not as expensive as some of the other lesser quality meals we have to eaten while on our travels. If you have read my other reviews and you know I only comment on locations that are exceptionally good or exceptionally terrible with their service. I am happy to report that this is one of the most exceptional restaurants I have ever had the pleasure to dine in. Please come enjoy this excellent meal. I was not compensated for my opinions. After checking TripAdvisorâs for a nice place to get A good steak in Cancun we settled on Ruthâs Chris steakhouse. The atmosphere was very pleasant, but the steak was even better. We also received excellent service from our waiter, who was very attentive to our appetite needs. We found his recommendations for our steak selection, as well as our side dishes, to be great choices. My wife and I will definitely be returning on our next trip to Cancun.

First time at this restaurant and did not realize that they have both a seafood and beef restaurant. Unfortunately, seafood restaurant was closed when we went. Upstairs beef restaurant has a very limited seafood menu. With this said, the atmosphere was very nice as well as the sunset. Service from Roberto was superb! He made some menu suggestions that worked out very well. Our selections were very good, especially the roast salmon on cedar. Disappointed that I missed the fact that I did not get the free drink that I was suppose to receive since I made the reservation through my resort. I should not have to remind them that I was to get a drink.Thank you for leaving your comment,My duty is letting know our clients the concept and the special things we have in our 2 different restaurants, as you mention at La Buena Barra we have a Mexican contemporary menu, most of it meet but we also have octopus, salmon, shrimps, White Sea bass, etc, in the restaurant downstairs Doble B we have an internacional menu, only opens from Tuesday to Saturday from 7pm to 3 am, we invite you to try Doble B on your next trip to Cancun, im sure your going to love it, specially for entertainment and special dinner occasions.

Had a fantastic dinner here! Sat outside which was lovely, overlooking the water. Service is exceptional. Our waiter Juan Carlos was great - knowledgeable, friendly, attentive to a level of perfect. Donât miss the grilled artichokes appetizer - omg. Loved these. Wedge salad was great. Followed these with delicious lobster tails, rib eye steak cooked perfectly. Ordered asparagus on the side which was good; lobster and steak were served with small potatoes. Desserts are very good too - we had caramel brownie with ice cream. Moist and yummy. My wife and I we enter to this restaurant without knowing what to expect, but honestly this is one of the best restaurants we ever tried.
