While we very much enjoyed the ambiance of this cozy restaurant, the food was lacking of any memorable flavor. Service was pleasant and attentive. Pate appetizer on point. Both the salmon and pork main courses were well overcooked to the point of being absent of their flavor. No building of flavors at all. Not what one would expect of a "French " bistro, nor given the price point.Suggestion: work on improving the sensation of flavor in the main course offerings. Prepare the food in the French tradition of being memorable by layering flavors so that the customer savors every bite. Absent that, change the name to remove any reference to Fench cuisine.

Bufallo Grill is well located in Carrera 51, in the middle of restaurants and hotels area. The place looks small from outside, but is big enough and comfortable. The place is relatively simple but nice. The menu is focused in grill meat (beef and chicken), but there is also other options. However, the menu is not very wide. People is nice and friendly, but the service is basic and relatively slow. Prices are Ok, but is not cheap. The price-value proposition is good. I was there once in my last estancia in Barranquilla food was terrific and cheaper Thant other Arab restaurants like arabe gourmet . We had chicken soup and pollo al carbon it has lots of flavor and not to say that the service was awesome
