Ate at La Brasa on our second night in Benidorm and had a lovely fillet steak, cooked to perfection.We went across town to the 'Argentinian' place on our last night - but despite it being past their advertised opening time, we were turned away as they wanted 20 mins to get the charcoal burning!?Opted to walk back over to La Brasa and again had a lovely steak, in quiet surroundings.I can see how some people think the server here is rude - but she is not! Wouldn't be anything to shout about, but for good steak & chips at around 20 euros - this place is one to consider.

In Rincon de Loix / New Town . Beautifull decorated restaurant with 50 seats inside and fantastic sunny terrace with 100 seats. Great menu - normal prices. Very friendly staff. Good atmosphere. A must do experience for Benidorm!

I read the reviews after this restaurant was recommended by a friend. It was our wedding anniversary so we were looking for something a bit special. We had fillet steaks which were only ok. The veg cold and literally barely cooked. But the main disappointment was that we were expecting a slightly more upmarket (but not too ott) with proper waiters which the reviews had said were great. We were the only ones in there at the time but the two staff were busy chatting between themselves, not particularly welcoming and for a restaurant which was not that cheap I have never seen such scruffy staff. I was kind of expecting black and white but no. One had so many holes in their jeans I thought they might fall off at any moment.

Decided to check out a couple of bars along the same stretch of road and basically chose here as it was close by. I had the burger and I can 100% state that it was the best burger I've ever had! The steaks looked amazing so I will be back to try those next year!

We had an excellent lunch here. The desserts were to die for. Not all the dishes are good - you have to be quite selective. The price of the menu was 11 euros which is a little more than one would normally pay but the quality of the food, ambience and service more than made up for it. In all we would certainly eat here again.

I went to Caminito last night with my wife and 2 very good friends and we had a superb dinner. If you like good steak washed down with an excellent Malbec then Caminito is your place. The owner is a delightful and knowledgeable man. The food is cooked to perfection. The potatoes with Gorgonzola or the roasted sweet potatoes make an excellent accompaniment to the meat. The French fries could be a little more imaginative but that is a very small point. It is rapidly becoming my favourite restaurant in Albir (and Iâve eaten out in Albir for over 25 years). It is usually quite busy even when other nearby restaurants are empty which in my book is an excellent sign. I recommend that you give it a try.

Visited in February with friends so when I came to Benidorm again with my mum and sister I knew I had to come back to Amigos. I emailed to mention my mum couldnât manage the stairs and received an email straight back to say a table downstairs would be waiting for us. We had starters of fish cakes and mushrooms, both dishes were fantastic. Then mains of fillet steak, lamb and prawns. Meals were all beautifully presented and cooked to perfection. The waitress that looked after us was friendly and made time to have a little chat with us. Well done again Amigos and I hope your bar opposite does as well as the restaurant, you deserve it.

Having read the excellent reviews previously, we booked weeks in advance of our arrival and were not disappointed. Wonderful food, fabulous hosts! This little restaurant is tucked away in the Old Town, weâd never have found it without google maps. Our only disappointment was we couldnât go again during our stay as they were fully booked each night. We will make sure we are more organised next time we visit Benidorm so we can experience more than just one night here. Communication by email is really speedy too!
