It's a pleasure to meet such dedicated devoted and extremely customer satisfaction oriented person who would not give any excuses but would own up the issue and resolve with responsibility and caring manner with a smile on the face. Reviewed By Dorcia007At first, we planned to stay at Woodside Residency only for 3 nights, but due to friendly atmosphere and very good living conditions, we decided to extend our visit (so overall we spent there 6 nights).The Hotel Manager Dinesh took care of everything, thanks to his hospitality, he made our stay a very pleasant experience. The Hotel Staff was very kind, welcoming, and made us feel comfortable. For us, Dinesh organized trips, massages and even a wonderful dinner on the Hotel's rooftop. He managed to find for us a comfy bus that took us to Kochi. Not only the bus was in reasonable price, but also there was no problem with the space for our baggages (which could not be easy as we were a group of 15 people). Dinesh also showed us Kerala (it is a really charming place that we liked very much). We definitely will come back to this Hotel, Dinesh and all those lovely, warm-hearted people that works there. Beaumont is a small resort at Chellarkovil, a little village situated on the outskirts of Periyar Wild life Sanctuary. It is 12 kms (20 min journey) from Kumily (Thekkady) and on the way to Munnar. Nestled in the unending chains of hills of the Western Ghats (1200 meters above from sea level) and the cool mountain air make Chellarkovil and Beaumont in particular a perfect holiday retreat and providing eco-friendly accomodation.

Reviewed By 337anjuaPlace is ok,but as mentioned while booking, there is no TV, they didn't have time to go for a plantation walk. Foods were cooked in somewhere else and got very late. But the foods were good. Rooms are clean but full of maintenance work including bathrooms. Booked for 2 rooms seeing the pics but got a local room. The waterfall is far away from the site. Not worth for the money i gave.

Reviewed By Vij75Celebrated my birthday with family here. It was a great experience and as the resorts and all places were opening up after Covid, we thought it would not be crowded but there were indeed a good number. It was strange that not many people were having lunch here so we had a silent and enjoying lunch with all the dishes being tasty and fresh. We went out using the resort's jeep but it was raining nevertheless had a good time. Overall - the service and lunch were great, would avoid during rainy season but if one loves to travel on the jeep into the woods - Jeep Safari, then a fine choice to stay here.

Reviewed By Johnboss12We stay 3 Nights at Spice villa Tree house ,it was amazing experience .A nice cosy and peaceful stay at this place .The chef (owner ) is making top class fresh food, Breakfast so good .we had good walk in the morning through the spice garden ,Gets amazing plantation view from Balcony .The owner family is so helpful , it was memorable moments for me and my family.
