Find out what Spanish restaurants to try in Easter Island. Located in the South Pacific more than 2,000 miles off the Chilean coast, Easter Island’s not the easiest place to reach. (If you’re interested, the easiest access is by air from Santiago or Tahiti.) But isolation has helped preserve the 1,500-year-old mysterious congregation of volcanic rock sculptures (maoi) that’s the island’s biggest claim to fame. After exploring the unique landscape, relax on an uncrowded beach and ponder one of the most mysterious places on Earth.

OK, this restaurant had the Island's best Ceviche and a great view of the surfers. Of the 8 non breakfast meals I had on Easter Island, I had ceviche at everyone. Hands down the best ceviche on the Island and a terrific view of the beach and the surfers. If there was Italian food in the menu, I never noticed. As a lunch spot, I highly recommend it

We ate here 3 times (twice for lunch, once for dinner) and the food was great on 2 occasions. However, we also had issues with getting change back, we paid in cash, local currency and noticed that most people were paying by card, so that would prevent any mistakes happening. The first time the waitress didn't return any change, but it was a small amount (on top of the 10%) 2,000 pesos so we left it. The second time change was given for 30,000 Pesos instead of 40,000, so we had to dispute this and felt we were being taken advantage of. The waitress sorted it out, but it left a sour taste in our mouth. The quesadillas were fantastic (pollo and queso) except burnt on our last visit, as we had waited over 30 minutes for them we scraped the tops off as we were really hungry. It's a nice laid back place and if you pay in cash, make sure you check your change before leaving!
