IFly is one of the best experiences I have had in a long time. If you have ever wondered about sky diving or dreamed of doing it but were too afraid or skeptical, this is the next best thing. They do recommend and accept reservations but we just walked in a were accommodated right away. Check in included name and address info along with a weigh-in. I am a bigger dude and came in right under the weight limit...”whew”.! Weight is important cause it determines the power of the wind tunnel and how the instructors handle your body in the tunnel. They literally will need to guide your body etc. in the tunnel, so bigger dudes like me require a little more muscle to move around in the space. Simple physics.! The instructors were great. They were nice and knowledgeable and really loved what they were doing. The instructor demo at the end of each flight is mind blowing.! You will need to set aside at least 2hours for the entire experience: 1. You will go to the classroom and watch a training video and get some instructions from the flight instructor. 2. You will go and get fitted for a flight suit, helmet, ear plugs and goggles. They have lockable lockers for all of your cell phones, keys, watches etc. 3. You will then go with your class into the tunnel “ready room” or benches. Here you will wait your turn to fly. 4. Each person will fly. If first timers, like me, it will be for two “60sec” flights. Which I am told for normal skydiving you normally will freefall for only “45 to 60secs”. So it’s right on par if not better. 5. Then once everyone has done their flying you will exit as a class. Done! They have flights that include “VR” helmets to really simulate the skydiving experience so if you are interested in that “realistic experience” they have you covered. They do charge you for their pics and videos afterwards but if you have a buddy or friend come and they “do not fly” they are more than welcome to film and take pics for you. We had that issue cause everyone with us was flying so we had no choice but to by the pics and videos. But it wasn’t that expensive, the videos were great quality and cost about $8. They send you a link via email. I loved it soo much I booked more flight time for a future outing which is valid at any IFly nation wide. It’s a great time and experience.

Awful service. I pay more than 300usd and got late 5 minutes because of traffic and they didn't even try to help me reschedule. The manager was quite rude.

My daughter and I went in and flew separately and with helpful assistance. It was so much fun! If you feel like you want a fun adventure, this is a fun activity.

Staff were great and the whole experience was awesome! I’ll definitely be back to practice and work on tricks! Only con is it is decently spendy.

Going to iFLY was a last minute decision when we in Houston visiting family. It was amazing. The staff was fantastic and the trainer in the air tube was the best. It is a definite must if you can ever get to an iFLY!!!

My wife and I visited this location for our first IFly experience. The customer service was excellent throughout the entire process. The check-in guy offered us media and package upgrades on the house. We had a group of people flying at the same time as us that were not being compliant with masks and the staff addressed them specifically and made it very clear that the group must wear their masks at all times or they couldn’t fly. The group of people had to be told multiple times but they finally complied. Our instructor, Sean, was amazing. He helped us with tips and was very thorough in his training and accommodations. He was always ensuring we were happy and having a good time. When we come back, we hope that it’s with him. Super nice guy! Great experience all the way around.
