From on top of Magersfontein Hill you can see the whole battlefield and then drive down and see the various monuments. The video clip has you with the Boers inside their trenches with the British walking into the ambush.

Situated on a roundabout, watch out for the cars if you want to get a little closer. A pity to see some graffiti on one of the walls, but an interesting memorial to those killed during the siege of Kimberley in the Second Anglo-Boer war.
