We stopped by for lunch. Surprise! It wasnât busy. We had two special seafood salads and clam chowders. The salads were fine. Good quality ingredients. Just the right size for lunch. The chowder was New England style. Also, quite good. Waitstaff was on point. Everything came out hot and on time. Two issues...Itâs noisy and there are lots of flies inside. Probably all of the hard surfaces contribute to the noise. I think the flies come from the doors being open so the waitstaff can bring food and drinks out to the deck.

Lenny & Joe's Fish Tale at Long Wharf is a fresh, fun and casual family restaurant going strong since 1979! As we enter our 35th year of business let us show your why our promise to our customers is still our number one commitment - ⢠to serve only the fi
This was our first time at this restaurant. We have been to the one in Madison several times. In Madison you order at the counter and they call your number when your food is ready. This restaurant is a "real" restaurant with wait staff etc. I ordered the lobster roll. It was OK but I wish I had ordered the butter on the side as it was added to the lobster and the roll was soggy with butter. We ended with apple pie that was excellent. The restaurant is in a great location on the water but is in need of a lot of updating.

I had high hopes for Pacifico, after reading the menu, but the descriptions were better than the reality. Drinks sounded good but were hard to distinguish from each other...(is this the daiquiri? or is that?). We had mostly small plates and shared, but nothing really wowed us. The ceviche was a disappointment-- 4 shrimp with lots of onion--if the idea is that the shrimp are expensive, I'd rather have more of some alternative (a white fish) The mussels were abundant, but not memorable. The fish tacos were again, 'okay', but the (fried) fish was just a bit soggy, and there was nothing special about the sauce. Service was fine, friendly and efficient. Maybe because we eat a lot of this type of food we have higher expectations, but nothing about Pacifico would bring me back. Thanks for the review and the feedback, CarTRVLR. We're sorry you had a less than stellar experience, and we hope you'll give us another chance to make it right.

I was expecting to have fresh seafood but everything available was deep fried. I settled for the fried calamari which came out fine. The decor needs updating in my opinion. Our waitress was nice but I had to give 3 stars due to the limited menu selection and overall experience.

This is not an ambiance place. Stowe's, down the beach, is a funky/cool shack type place. And Stone Bridge, in Milford, is almost chic. But as these are the only three really good lobster roll places in the area, they have to be compared. At least Sandbar stays open late. Someone should tell the owner at Stowe's to seek professional psychological help, because only a madman would close at 7:00 PM, when that place is still packed with hungry people. Sandbar also makes a very good lobster roll and clam strips and all the rest. They do not have beer, so that is not cool. But it essentially is really a take out place with a few tables. So order out, go home, and eat this good food with your own beer.

At Shell & Bones, the focus is on seafood and steak, utilizing fresh & sustainable ingredients. All soups, stocks, sauces, and desserts are made in house under the watchful eye of Chef Franco. His style reinterprets many classic recipes, while also creati
Six of us went to Shell and Bones for a birthday dinner celebration. What disappointed our party may be what would attract others. Let me explain. First, parking is atrocious. The parking lot is far to small for the size of the restaurant, and valet parking is available and virtually imperative....but reasonable at $5.00. Our party was seated at a nice large round high-top table, normally conducive to conversation. However, the restaurantâs popularity attracts many people, and the attendant noise makes conversation difficult unless one doesnât mind shouting. Twenty (20) minutes passed before anyone stopped by to take drink orders, and that was only after we asked for some attention. It was another 20 minutes before drinks arrived. We were READY to drink by that time! Everything at Shell and Bones happens VERY SLOWLY. You will spend a long while waiting for everything, and the noise makes the passing oftime difficult. The six of us ordered 5 different appetizers and meals. They ranged from excellent (the scallop and shrimp ceviches app, the shell and bones entree) to fair (shrimp fra diavolo was bland and filet mignon was bathed in seasoning which overpowered the meat flavor). We almost passed on desert, because the live music began and added to the din, but we did order deserts and they were unique and very good. As I said in the beginning, the aspects of this business which we found to be negative may not bother some patrons, but with the exception of one couple in our threesome, we would not return. Oh, by the way, we were seated at 6:30 and left the restaurant at 10:30. Yes, FOUR (4) hours...far too slow paced for our taste.
