Great beachside setting with inside and outside seating options. Went for lunch, when it was very busy, but we still received good service and the food was filling and tasty. Discovered they were closing for staff holidays, so paid another visit for dinner on their last night and it was much quieter, but still the same friendly service and fresh fish. We would have visited again, but they are closed until early November. Worth checking out once they re-open

Pizzeria
I ordered pepper steak, but could almost not get the knife through the meat. Looked like entrecote but the meat was divided with big tendons. The waiter asked if I liked it more done, but that could not make any difference to the quality.

The harbour view is really nice. We ate octopus, squid and tuna tartare. Compared with similar food at other local restaurants, the food and value for money were average, although the octopus and squid were quite small portions. We enjoyed our meal but it wasn't one of our favourites.

Restaurant pizzeria cozy in historical center of santa cruz de la Palma, home made pizzas, original desserts, extensive wine list and much more !!
Visited on the night that most restaurants are closed, on the advice of our hotel (San Telmo). Booked a table, but no real need to. A nondescript place on a narrow street. Great service and superb pasta, as we didnât fancy the pasta. Great value, highly recommended

We called into this bar for a couple of drinks and found the staff were very helpful, friendly and spoke good English. The drinks were reasonably priced. Although we didn't eat there the food that we saw coming out looked good. Nice location along the front.

Excellent food and very good value. This restaurant specializes in fish dishes. In February its opening hours are such that it closes at 1600 and reopens at 1900 (closed all day Monday). The waitresses are really friendly and helpful but donât speak English, so you need to have your dictionary/food phrase book handy and, despite there being a rough translation on the menu, even then some of the menu choices are still a bit of an experiment! You eat in a booth - which is probably lovely in the summer but it is advisable to dress âwarmlyâ when patronising in February â even with the booth door shut. Portions are generous and we found that 3 tapas sized elements plus potatoes and a salad was plenty for 2 people. The âfish of the dayâ comes in whatever size they think appropriate (on one occasion we got one large fish and on another 3 smaller fish) and you pay by the Kg. Finding out what sort of fish it is near impossible unless you are a very fluent Spanish speaker. You can get it grilled or some other way (probably steamed) and the price usually comes out around 14 euros. The strange ambiance includes having the occasional aircraft take off or land right over your head but thatâs quite fun after the initial shock of the first one. The bar area is definitely a favourite with locals and gets quite noisy when there is a football match on TV and the whole place is usually very busy in the afternoons especially at the weekend. However, at 1900 you have the place almost to yourself.
