We are a casual seafood, burger and steakhouse. Live music venue. Big screen TV
View of the lake, breezy screened porch, and delicious food. Our hotel desk clerk recommended this because i knew another place i wanted to go was closed on Mondays. Very good recommendation.
Casual eatery known for its jambalaya & other homestyle Cajun food such as gumbo, crawfish, shrimp, red beans, white beans. Also known for great deserts such as, banana pudding, bayou mud pudding, cheesecake and our delicious homemade bread pudding. We di
Came from out of town and expected a more authentic restaurant. The gumbo was good and decent portion. Wish they had their daily specials offered everyday. The jambalaya has hardened rice that sat out too long. Maybe would try eating here again. Potato salad is nothing to be desired. Pasty mush with no flavor.

A open atmosphere, tables and counter service. Good selection of southern food. We got the Fried chicken livers and they were fantastic. The Okra was fried perfectly and the Oyster Poboy was nicely dressed - large oysters light breading. Enough for our late lunch and dinner the next night

I read the reviews and saw the good, the bad and the ugly. I was so confused after reading them, I decided to go and try the place out. I ordered the whole stuffed fried flounder for $24.00. Before I start the review, be it known Iâm an avid Louisiana angler for over 50 years and know how to clean and cook fish. When I tell you every inch of the fish was battered and fried, Iâm not exaggerating. The top of the fish was split down the middle long ways from head to tail and spread wide opened and battered inside and outside and fried, and fried, and fried, turning the meat crumbly, no moisture left inside the fish. Furthermore, the fish was not cleaned well enough either. There were still some internals left near where the head was removed. The menu said the flounder was topped with a crab meat and crawfish cream sauce. I didnât see any crawfish in the barely recognizable cream sauce and the crab meat was a dressing. This was the worse stuffed flounder I have ever eaten.
