We visited Red Lobster on Route 31 in Liverpool NY to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary! What a disaster! We had rolls , salad, appetizer and dinner all served within two minutes. I ordered baked potato with butter only. It was delivered with sour cream only. I ordered garden salad with French. It was delivered with no dressing. My hubby ordered Caesar salad and received garden salad too. Our lobster pizza was burned on the bottom. My hubby ordered a platter which included both lobster tail and crab legs. He received no crab crackers to break the crab shells. He asked twice. We requested soda refills which never arrived. Our server asked if we wanted to order dessert. No thank you! At that point I just wanted to get out of there! Our anniversary celebration was a Murphyâs Law Experience. My hubby talked with the female manager on duty before we left and she really didnât care. Poor customer service! Long time before we return, if ever! We're sorry to hear that you were unsatisfied with your meal at our Liverpool restaurant and we'd like to learn how we can make this better. Would you be able to give us a call at 800-562-7837; MondayâThursday from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM ET so that we may learn more about your experience?

The Clam Bar is is more than just your average seafood place. Menu offerings include seafood, chicken, steak, and burgers. The Clam Bar is known for delivering exceptional food at an affordable cost.
Had wonderful food- thatâs a 5 star...service rushed. After I got my second glass of wine, manager came over to tell me people were waiting for this table. REALLY??? Why Sell me the wine? Take my money for the wine, and then say, âget the hell out?â Too rushed for comfort.

When we walked in, we stood at the door for a long time, 3 waitresses were literally 3 feet away and never greeted us. We were finally seated, no smiles, no Hello's.....the waitress couldn't have cared less, and it appeared that none of the staff was smiling or engaging with the guests. The buffalo shrimp and onion rings we're good, but the turky crossaint sandwich was not good and the special of the day, pearch was so bad! It was a ton of breading with a paper thin piece of fish inside. I order pearch frequently, this was garbage. The place got very busy, as if the staff already could not provide good or even adequate service, she never checked back and it took forever to get the check. On the way out I told a couple entering not to go in, I said the food is bad and they are slammed! They left! I won't be back. Too bad, nice view.

My wife and I have lived in Syracuse for many years and despite having heard positive things about Borio's ,we have never been there. We corrected that mistake on a recent warm evening and have become huge fans of the restaurant experience. We wanted to dine outdoors and had a wait but many very pleasant options are available. There is an outdoor bar that had attracted an number of customers as well as tables for people to sit and have drinks. There are a number of chairs and an attractive green lawn to spend time as well. But the real show stopper as you wait for your table is the beautiful view of Oneida Lake. It makes the passage of time worthwhile. We'll have to time our next visit to see the sunset. The wait staff is friendly and helpful and our server checked on us a number of times. The menu is large and varied. We chose the fried shrimp option and the baked haddock. Thy offer a small salad bar with some excellent choices. Our meals came in a timely fashion and were hot and flavorful. We enjoyed an unhurried meal with beautiful sights. Borio's provided us with an excellent experience that went far beyond a tasty meal.We will be back soon and often in the future.

Casual dining outside seating available with a beautiful view of Oneida Lake, we also have banquet facilities available, weather it's for a wedding reception, rehearsal dinner, company picnic, clam bake, holiday party etc....
Pleasantly surprised by great service and very good food on a beautiful sunny day. I enjoyed a pre made Margarita, both of us enjoyed the beef vegetable soup so much shared a third cup. Extensive menu, only a few healthy entrees, we opts for spinach salad with chicken and a seared tuna salad. Both very fresh greens, great dressing. Mackenzi was charming and took great care of us.

Every time I visit, I feel like I am on vacation. They have great choice of adult beverages and delicious food. Certain nights they have a band playing. You can drive by car, or pull in marina and dock your boat - we do both. The staff is so friendly. Love this place. We go back over and over. It's a must try!
