Dinner here was really excellent. Soajo was a little quieter than we had expected, but a very short walk out of the village to this restaurant was really worthwhile. Charming, friendly couple running it, the food and wine were excellent, it had a really lovely vibe - informal yet very professional.

We visited Soajo as part of our exploration of the Peneda-Geres National Park. This sleepy village is like a throwback in time and a quite remarkable place to spend a couple of days. The owner (David) was incredibly hospitable and not only served as an amazing host but also was a wealth of information about the area. The food is traditional Portuguese fare prepared fresh to order by David and his family. We tried several fish dishes that were amazingly tasty. Sitting outside in the courtyard only added to our experience as the wine flowed and we were treated like long lost friends. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting the area.

Eat here and had local beef served as a cutlet to share. The meat was very well cooked medium to rare and very tasty accompanied by roast vegetables and delicious local white wine. Staff were delightful. A very enjoyable meal for 30 euros

The restaurant "Adega do Artur" (Arthur's Cellar) was opened in 2014 in the sense of offering a wide choice of quality dishes for the needs of tourists and locals since its location at the entrance of the campground. It's a nice and cozy space with a large shady Terrace, where the customers can taste the good meat from the region, traditional Cod fish, Octopus, Goat meat (Cabrito) done in firewood oven and other typical dishes of the Minho gastronomy. We also prepared for you kid's menu e some vegetarian dishes.
We enjoyed our meal here when it finally came, but it was lucky we weren't in a hurry... The whole visit took over 2 hours in total! And they weren't even that busy.
When it came eventually, the food was fresh and tasty, and as a vegetarian I was grateful for the delicious grilled vegetables, and my children (also veggie) enjoyed their dishes as well.
We would return as the staff were friendly and helpful, and we loved the area. It's a shame the meal just took far longer than expected.

The restaurant is located rather far from village but definitely deserve a visit! Nice and cozy place with a beautiful cave with great choice of vines. Thereafter it's a set menu of 20€ including cold and hot starters, main dish (choice of 3) and the desert. Everything of the highest quality and with nice service! Moreover after your dinner you can enjoy a walk around in the Green Park. Good option to spend Alfredo a day in the middle of Nature!

Eating at "Lindoverde" is just an incredible experience. The food is affordable and delicious, the staff is friendly and attentive and there are amazing breath taking views of the Peneda-Gerês National Park. What else can you ask for?! We had a great family Sunday lunch. Definitely a place to come and enjoy quality time. We recommend you try "Bacalhau com Broa" (cod with a corn bread crust) and for dessert "Delícia da Casa" (the restaurant's special dessert). We will surely come back.

We arrived later than expected to Soajo and the lovely server accommodated our family of 6 without hesitation. We had great pizza, wine and beer. Some locals were hanging out on the nice patio, but the cool night air was a little too much for us as we were unprepared! It was all and all a wonderful experience.
