Escape to paradise, bask in the warm sunshine and fresh ocean breezes. The open-air setting provides for natural social distancing, and the "Safe on Maui" program assists guests with some of today's unique challenges before and during their stay. Humpback whale sightings abound from the resort's elevated position above Wailea beach.
Fabulous! Absolutely fabulous! We stayed on the club floor which meant even better service. Room 815 had a wonderful view of the water, West Maui and the immaculate courtyard. We are not huge resort fans so the size was perfect for us. Easy access to the beach. Open air Lobby lounge area has nice atmosphere at night. Live music. it's the Four Seasons. Pricey but totally worth it.

Perfectly placed within steps of the ocean, Wailea Beach Resort - Marriott, Maui offers scenic luxury in a stunning travel destination. Our resort in Maui, Hawaii offers spacious guest rooms and suites with residential-style accommodations, balconies or lanais, mini-refrigerators and luxe bathrooms. 4-star amenities include a 24-hour fitness center, championship-level golf courses, an inviting spa, five resort pools and a variety of delicious on-site dining options.
I signed up on a whim for our family of 5, which includes a 5yo, 3yo, and 2yo. I was hoping for one decent picture and ended up with around 40! Our photographer, Will, was very accomadating and professional. Pictures were available for viewing the next day and there was zero pressure to purchase. We will definitely use Blinnk again!

The resort is in an impeccable state, modern and very clean. The staff is very welcoming and professional. Restaurants are very good. However, in retrospect I still doubt if it was worth the very steep price.

Discover the essence of Maui at Fairmont Kea Lani, Hawaii’s only all-suite and villa luxury resort. Nestled on the soft white sands of Wailea’s Polo Beach, this award-winning oceanfront paradise redefines luxury with a state-of-the-art spa, island inspired cuisine and authentic cultural experiences. Fairmont Kea Lani is the ideal island getaway with six dining venues featuring four bars and one market, three swimming pools including an adult-only pool, a comprehensive fitness and wellness program and unrivaled access to the best adventures across the island. Aloha awaits!
having stayed with the Kea Lani on many occasions over the past decade or so, this particular stay lacked in every area. The service was way below par on average with the exception of one server at breakfast, Venus, and our housekeeper Irene. I have quite frankly had better stays at a Marriott in downtown anywhere than this five star property. The breakfast was way overpriced considering very ittle variety snd the same items every day of our stay. The renovation did not affect us except for one day lounging on the grass there was a lot of skill saw action. Our stay was uninspired to say the least and I will likely not be back and will go over to the Four Seasons or Andaz.

Grand Wailea Maui, A Waldorf Astoria Resort, is the ultimate destination for a fabulous Hawaii vacation, perfect for families, spa goers, honeymooners, golfers and active vacationers. Situated on 40 acres of lush, tropical Hawaiian gardens, Grand Wailea opens onto Maui's beautiful Wailea Beach, voted one of the best beaches in America, with elegant and newly-renovated accommodations, indulgent spa treatments, fine dining and thrilling recreational options.
We usually stay in the Ka'anapali area of Maui but we were able to get a great rate with Hilton Honors points and some $ so decided to try the other side of the island. This property was absolutely gorgeous and closer to Maui attractions such as Haleakala and the road to Hana. The beach was just as beautiful as the other side of Maui and the area around the resort seemed quieter. We knew that the resort did not provide areas for self-parking and we expected valet to be expensive but $65 per day seems a bit extreme, especially when the parking garage is on their property and uses their resort staff. You do need a car to truly enjoy Maui so we just accepted the price and can definitely compliment the efficiency and friendliness of their staff. We were upgraded to a Deluxe Ocean View King and greeted with fresh flower leis upon arrival (probably because I told Reservations that it was our 20th anniversary). Our room was beautiful and spotlessly clean with plenty of big, fluffy towels and wonderful bath amenities. This resort still provides daily housekeeping service and it was flawless. We were a bit concerned about the ongoing renovations mentioned in other reviews but it was really not an issue. The main dining room is still closed so if you must have a full buffet breakfast, you might want to wait a few more months. The Cafe Kula (Grab-n-Go) had a great selection of reasonably priced pastries and fruit that we enjoyed on the lanai of our room each morning. The Keurig coffee maker and refrigerator in our room made this very convenient. The Botero Lounge in the lobby had just re-opened the day we arrived and that was the perfect spot for a light Sushi dinner after a day of travel. The staff were all wonderful and it was great fun to sit at the bar and watch the Sushi Chef in action. Some of the wines were a bit overpriced but the sushi was reasonable and delicious. The Spa was also still under construction but they have converted one wing of guest rooms and done a great job to create a spa atmosphere with candles and over-the-top service. My pedicure was one of the best ever and no more expensive than my spa at home. All of the outdoor areas are beautifully maintained and although the resort was busy, there were plenty of pool chairs and spaces on the beach.(although they could use a few more umbrellas for hot afternoons) The adult pool was large and there are so many sections to the action pool that it didn't seem crowded at all. I was surprised that the swim-up bar was located within the action pool (instead of the adult pool) but it so much fun taking the water slide down and ending up in the Grotto with the best bartenders and cocktails on Maui. This was our fifth trip to Maui and the Grand Wailea definitely made this our best vacation ever - a bit of a splurge but worth every penny. We are already saving our Hilton Honors points and marking our calendar to go back as soon as possible.

Blending the outstanding amenities of Maui's most celebrated oceanfront resort with the charm of tropical residences, Ho'olei at Grand Wailea is located adjacent to the world-class Grand Wailea, A Waldorf Astoria Resort on Maui's southern shore. Each of our two-story villas is a private world of luxury – boasting finely appointed interiors, modern kitchens, private elevators, attached garages, and exclusive services. Bask in glorious western ocean views or the picturesque beauty of the Wailea Blue Golf Course, which surrounds our accommodations on three sides. Ideal for extended stays, family reunions, or weddings, our vacation villas offer comfortable luxury in a lush mesmerizing setting.
I cannot recommend booking with Ho'olei enough. We had four adults (two married couples) and one infant and the experience was fantastic. First off, the Ho'olei team was extremely communicative weeks before our trip even started. We had texts and emails with the concierge regularly As a parent of an infant, the included high chair, crib, and baby proofing of the unit was extremely helpful. It was all set up when we arrived. Additionally, as we had a full kitchen and grill, they have a grocery service that will pick up groceries before you get there. We arrived at 2AM our time (8PM Hawaii time) and all of our groceries were put away in the fridge and on the counter ready for us to use. It was a very nice thing after 14+ hours of travel. Check in was very smooth with clear instructions of how to use the property. We had a Deluxe Ocean View which meant we were in the last row. The views of the ocean were incredible with multiple whale sightings per day. The only downfall of this is that the walk down to the pool or the hotel was a little longer. However, if you do want to go to the hotel, free valet was included in our stay which was a huge bonus. Additionally, when you don't want to drive, there is a daily shuttle service you just text to get picked up that runs until 8PM (however the valets take over after 8PM) Our concierge helped us book 99% of our activities. We also had a reservation as Mama's fish house, which you have to book months in advance. At the last minute we had another guest wanting to join us for dinner and the concierge was able to contact the restaurant and add the additional guest. This was a fantastic trip and if you have any questions I am more than happy to answer it!!
