Reviewed By TravelkurdThis is our fifth trip to Club Med Joyview Anji and we are very satisfied every time. Anyone who wants to escape the madness of the city and relax, with or without children, is in the right place. The team around General Manager George does a great job to make everything right for the customer. The staff is very dedicated and there is a warm, family atmosphere. The facility is very well maintained and clean and offers many opportunities for children and adults. So no one will be bored. The restaurant and the selection of food is fantastic. Fresh ingredients, varied dishes as well as a good selection of drinks make eating an adventure. And as if all that is not enough, the staff also takes care of personal matters. My car broke down and they assisted me with that all day to get me a new battery and get the car fixed again. Simply incredible and not to be taken for granted. Thank you again for this. We will remain loyal visitors and are already looking forward to the next reunion.

Nice garden, good hotel and friendly staff
Reviewed By xally85We stayed here for a night and were satisfied with the hotel. Comfortable room, great garden and scenery, good and friendly service from the staff. The highlight was cycling around the resort compound on early morning. The location is a bit far from the Chang Long waterfall, but near the Bamboo museum. Takes around 20 mins drive to the Bamboo Forest. Not much restaurants nearby, but there is a restaurant in the hotel. Rooms are ok, clean though not that superb, but acceptable. Not sure if staff can speak English well. Overall, great place to relax and breathe in fresh air!

Reviewed By Xiaoming ZIf you are looking for a place to have fresh air, it's the place. Sitting on the top of a hill nearby a reservior. But don't expect too much from the resort and nothing is free, parking, hot spring, even the park of which the resort locates inside you need to pay $10. Food is acceptable and not expensive. I'm net reget to come, but may not again. No frige.

Reviewed By Passport51886015405酒店非常安静，到达酒店大门口，安保人员服务太度很好，认真负责，安防疫防控要求提供行程码，测体温，提醒佩戴口罩，让我们出行来到柏翠姚良酒店入住更加放心了，进入酒店园区的绿花，风景更让人觉得非常舒服，空气好，整个园区规划很漂亮，餐厅门前有个景观池，养了很多漂亮的鱼，小朋友非常喜欢，带小朋友去骑自行车玩，不小心自行车倒了下来，穿着西装的一位经理看见了，立刻跑过来扶起小孩，很关心的问小朋友又没有摔倒那里，有没有感觉那里不舒服呢，真的很体贴，也很专业，重新把自行车给调试一下，给小孩骑，告诉小朋友慢一点，注意安全，最后我才知道那位经理是负责酒店安全消防黄经理，服务很好，很认真。我们一家在酒店很愉快的在酒店住了二天，退房的时候，还送了小礼品，很好哦，保密呢，不告诉你们送什么呢，大家去体验一下就知道了呢

The Villa is a completed westerm style. Located in the hillside.Not crowd like other places in china. There is nice huge garden in the Villa. including outdoor swiming poor & pond & Home planted vegs & nice balcony with beach chair & cocktail table sets. hiking to the mountain behind the Villa.
