We were in town just for a visit and we found "The Log". It appears to have to have recently been redone, and it seems that a very good job was done. It was bright, clean, and well maintained. The menu seemed to have good variety but we chose pizza because it was quick and we needed to be on the road soon. The pizza was excellent as was the salad and the service we had was very good. Our server was hospitable and pleasant and helped us a great deal. If you are ever in Williamstown and want good pizza or Italian food, try The Log.

Craft Food & Drink featuring modern American entrees & craft sandwiches. We feature a wide selection of locally sourced Berkshire county ingredients. Stop in and try a flight of sliders or some of our house smoked wings.
It's easy to understand why Berkshire Palate receives such consistently high ratings to which we will add ours. This father & son operation delivers excellent food served with a smile at reasonable prices Our roasted vegetable salad, vegetable slider, Cuban slider, gazpacho & chicken Caesar salad were all delicious. Our only problem was that we had no room for dessert. Those are kind words and very much appreciated!

Nice dinner pre-theater, casual atmosphere and good wine list. Food was excellent, even for a small bite. Would frequent again.

The Purple Pub has been the place to gather in Williamstown since 1973, serving lunch and dinner 7 days a week. Whether you're looking for traditional pub food or delicious entrees, we have you covered. Patrons can drink and dine at the large mahogany bar
This is our usual location for lunch after our visit to the Clark Institute. We've found the food consistent, tasty and service always friendly and helpful. Emily did a great job as our waitress. It is a great pub atmosphere with an extensive beer offering. We'll be bak again for sure.

We went to The '6 House Pub for dinner before a show at the Williamstown Theater Festival. The restaurant is large and spacious with a beautiful bar and cocktail menu. The ambiance is self-consciously antiqued - like a 1980s vision of "country eclectic." The menu is large and diverse. Our table had fried pickles and calamari for appetizers and a crab cake sandwich, a salmon sandwich, and mussels puttanesca for dinner entrees. My dish was the mussels puttanesca and two of us at the table ordered it. The biggest disappointment was with the uneven execution of the two dishes. One dish had sauce that was nicely plated. My pasta, on the other hand, was swimming in bonus cooking water.
