For food try the Grand Canyon Brewing Company just avoid the smothered pretzel for $14.99. It was large but the cheese sauce really didn't smother the pretzel just barely poured on top of about half of it, probably microwaved, then some cheese slices were put on top of the other side to wilt from the heat. Not very appealing. Apparently mostly made ahead because the sauce already had a skim from cooling. Happy hour craft beer was a great $3 and were good but no porters or milk stouts at this time. They are also a distillery and their prickly pear vodka was out of sight. I bought a bottle to take home. The restaurant decor was really nice and unique even if the chairs and bar stools (on end tree trunks) were a little hard. Probably so you don't hang out too long LOL. Seriously well worth the visit to see the decor. Doesn't look fancy from the outside but totally different inside. I will come back to try some real food on my next trip.

I ordered a small sirloin steak, hold the vegetables, with a baked potato. The vegetables didn't get held (I don't like to have the restaurant waste food that I am not going to eat). The potato wasn't particularly done. The steak was not especially good.My husband's meal was okay, but his potato was also a little underdone.

Really wanted to give a higher score , because this is a nice place , in a somewhattime capsule of a town . We were seated at a table , waited 15 min. and no service .We moved to the bar , where the bartender seemed to think it was more importantto wash and stack glasses , than acknowledge customers. Our bartender was polite ,but did not have a stellar personality . Asked the other bartender , for an extraplate , after the initial glare , did receive one , but nary a word was spoken .The beer was great and the food was good . The gift shop prices wereastronomical , as I usually buy a Tee shirt or glass . It was fine , but felt it could havebeen so much more .

During our bike trip we stayed at the holiday inn express in WIlliams, which is only 100m away from the brewery. Very nice place with a good and friendly service. The beer is excellent and the menu contains something for everyone.Unfortunately on of us ordered Fish Tacos, because at this day they were as a special on the menu and also recommended. Next day he suffered the whole day and we had to take him to the Grand Canyon ER, where he was treated and lucky us, could proceed the next day with us on our bike tour. This was the only bad experience we had at the brewery and I still can recommend the place.

On a quick stopover in Williams we stayed at a nearby hotel (El Rancho) who kindly recommended this place for dinner. We were not disappointed. Friendly welcome and promptly seated. I had a tuna steak and my husband had the steak. Both cooked to perfection. Probably the best tuna steak Iâve ever had. Wine was good too. I had several glasses of white and my husband had a bottle of red. This place is great. My only negative is that the waitress gave me (without asking) a prosecco cocktail to try, which I did and I told her tasted great. She told me just to have the rest of the glass but then charged me for it. It was such a shame as otherwise this was one of the best meals we had on our twelve day trip to the States.
