food is out of this world , the burgers are the best , we always make a point of going as often as possible when in america .
Great wine, outstanding food, nice service. It's hard to find - no sign at all! Bit definitely worth searching ;)We had sauteed shrimp, shrimp seviche, basil pesto penne with shrimp, empanadas, their fampus links. Everything was perfect! We even got a bonus of meatballs from the chef!Great! Great! Great!

We haven't been here in 17 months since we were last here and walked out. However, we really had a hankering for a hamburger so decided to give it another chance. Luckily we got a good waitress and our food was perfectly cooked. I do agree that they are serving up less of their fries initially. Pretty busy for a mid-afternoon on Monday, which is a good sign.
We took our son and his two daughters here for the youngest birthday meal. Service was not very good. Waitress did not seem to appreciate kids. Although they have a lot of games and shuffleboard I think it is geared more for "adult" entertainment. Our son still likes it. We shared the local burger which was pretty tasteless. Kept having to ask for water. We asked if they had a birthday dessert, thinking it was free. The waitress said sure, brought us a LoZookie and charged us $8 for it! I will clarify in the future.

We had dinner at the Rose and Crown for the first time and were very pleased with the excellent food and service. We ordered several dishes including shepherd's pie, bangers and mash, steak & mushroom pie, fish & chips and scotch eggs. Everything was served hot and fresh and delicious! However, it did take a little while for the dishes to come out even though there were only a few tables. The meal was topped off with the most delicious sticky toffee pudding I've ever eaten! We have visited London and other parts of the U.K. and the food here rivals the real deal. We also ordered a Moscow Cranberry Mule that was very refreshing. Our server (a young man) was friendly and efficient. I also liked the ambiance and decorations within the pub. There are framed photos of the Queen and the Beatles and other knick-knacks.We will definitely be back! I wish they were open for lunch on weekdays instead of just on weekends.

It threw me off that a waitress didnât come around, but itâs not a deal breaker. They had great margaritas and you canât beat the $15 for 4 drinks. We had the nachos and added chicken, there is a ton of cheese, but they are good. I had a burrito and it was massive, could only eat half! My husband had the mesquite burger and he liked it. Overall good, and quick meal.

First time here. Have always heard that it is quite noisy so have avoided it. But went for late lunch and it was quiet. Large selection of craft beers, something for everyone. Several are local. We tried Topa Topa Chief Peak IPA 12 oz $8 and Pocock Old Red Brown 12oz $8. Both were good, but not if you sampled one after the other. They are completely different. For lunch we had the Ruben with chips $14 and since it was Taco Tuesday tried the Spicy Pork Taco special $10. The Ruben was big. Brought 1/2 home, but it was sure good. The taco were two street tortillas, made in house, lots of pork, cabbage and pico de gallo. Excellent and perfect size for lunch. My only complaint was the tortillas were greasy. We will definitely be back, for lunch though
