Go early to avoid the crowd!! Owners out on the floor and overseeing the crowd and pitching in. I ordered Taco salad- not great, my husband ordered the fish fry and liked it a lot...but had to wait a long time for more. Waitress friendly...but when we were leaving there were a couple of the wait staff out smoking by the entrance...not cool! Noise was very loud, looks like a good family atmosphere on the water. Will give it another try.
The pizza was yummy with four cheeses in the topping. The music is loud. The clientele is mostly from Hustler and they have a great time together on a Friday night.
Friends told us about the fish fry, so we've tried it twice so far. We love it! Instead of cole slaw, you get a generous and fresh garden salad. Also one of the potato choices are freshly cut and fried american (home) fries; fresh potatoes, not the rehydrated stuff. This is a neighborhood bar, but they have a nice sized dining room as well. On the first Friday of the month, they hold meat raffles as well, which are quite a bit of fun. They also have taco Tuesdays, which we haven't tried yet, but I understand it is very popular as well. We don't live in the area but have a vacation place not far away, so we're looking forward to our next trip to the area to visit Tuesday's again!

While the service was great (minor mistakes), the food was average and not worth the drive across the lake. They do offer outdoor seating which is nice. Overall, would not recommend this place. Prices were too high for the food you get.
Only in Wisconsin, on the edge of nowhere, can you find a "Cheers" with a real history. The pub and grill proudly defied and survived the prohibition by doing then what it does today. Of course, that was many moons and owners ago.Today, the ghosts of yesterday provide a warm welcome and the living Randy and his patrons are ready for friendly chat. If you go in for lunch during the summer, make sure you sit near the "Humming Bird Window." At my old age, I still watch them in wonderment.I usually start and finish talking about the food but the ambiance here is something that cannot be contrived. It is a real place, not a chain that thsThe place is charmingly old but impeccably clean. Randy, the owner told me about the beer spigots are cleaned on a maintenance schedule. I should call him Dr. Randy, he has the only cure for a hot summer's day. That amazing clean, fresh taste of tap beer served in that iced mug. Randy has different weights on the best cooked burgers around. Unlike the fancy "burger cafes," you are NOT going to pay $12.00 for a sawdust lean, chewy slab of ground meat. You are going to receive a juicy burger cooked to order (though you might get a bid of a razzing if you order weIl-done.) :) And you won't have to spend your mortgage money to pay for it. I love the seasoned waffle fries to go with it.. I have a hard time getting past the burgers but a lot of people order the honey chicken wings. The board menu always has new and tempting treats, unusual for a pub but an assortment of fish. I do have top be critical however, He has many references to some football team called the Packers and a recognition to the Bears but nothing Dolphins! What up with that. :DI just enjoy going to his place when I am up here.

We were here on a Friday night for drinks. The bar was busy, but not that busy. The bartenders were huddled in a circle talking, and not really serving drinks. We were in the area for the weekend, and had actually planned on coming back for their Luau Saturday night, but found somewhere else to go since they made us feel so unwelcome. We are very appreciative that you took the time to leave us a review, Miss_gypsy_garmin! We will most definitely bring your concerns to the attention of our staff. We love to please, and we are sorry the service was not up to par as you expected. We hope we will have the pleasure of serving you again soon and provide you with a 5 star experience you deserve!

It was totally awesome. Nice atmosphere, food was awesome, service was awesome and price was awesome. Very friendly place to eat and owner and some family members and a great waitress were the workers at around lunch time. The owner(who was also working in kitchen) came out and talked with patrons. Food prices are great and will be stopping there again. Great job to the Body Shop.
