We enjoyed a dinner at BWW while watching a basketball game on TV. The food was tasty and we spent time in the second half sharing an order of dessert nachos- cinnamon tortillas with ice cream and cheese cake bites drizzled with chocolate and caramel. The food and beer were tasty and our server was friendly and efficient. If there is one thing that could be better it is the projection tvâs picture quality is pretty bad and with flat screens getting larger and cheaper, it might be good to replace them. Other newer sports bars have better screens.

Well I would live to tell you how good the food was or as good as our Red Robin in FL. But I cant. 6 people in our group. 3 visible tables with adequate seating. When asking the hostess why a 35 -45 minute wait, tables were reserved for other group. Hungh? 6 more minutes still empty. Not adequately staffed? Not able to handle more than 5 orders at a time? Or just rude and under trained? Either way not going there again, EVER. Oh and I will oviccerate this business on any sight willing to listen.Avoid this restaurant at all cost.

Dinner on a Sunday night. Server was personable, attentive and easygoing. The complimentary rolls were delicious, with a wonderful yeast flavor, and served warm with brushed butter on top. With this great start we expected great food. Not so. We ordered a full rack and a half rack of baby back bbq ribs. Brocolli sides were overdone, sweet potato was overdone, but the skewered mushrooms had a nice meaty flavor. The ribs did fall off the bone, but were dry and tasted mostly of the standard bbq sauce flavoring. We're sorry to hear we fell short of a great dining experience. Please give us a call at 1-844-6LOGANS, so we can follow up with your concerns. Thanks.

Not sure it was the location or just the food. The service was fine, but the food prep and presentation was awful. I ordered the baked potato soup and burger. The bacon bits on the soup was rubbery and hard to chew. I do not want that crap in my body. The burger was very greasy and just nasty. I did not even finish my food as it is poorly prepared. I could not pinpoint what was wrong with the fries. The were hot, but did not taste good. They tasted like they were reheated. Chili's quality has diminished over the years.Hey there, this sounds like something we need to get more info on so we can fix it. Do you mind giving our Guest Engagement Team a call at 1-800-983-4637 so we can make things right with you? Thank you in advance!

Family of four plus baby. We had brunch here on Sunday, June 2, just as they opened. Setup doesnât lend itself for baby stroller next to table (babyâs still too young to sit), but everyone on the staff was accommodating and pleasant. The food was served fast and it was delectable. The vegetarians in the family found something to eat (Migas, Grove Plate sans bacon or ham); the meat-eaters were pleased with the mouthwatering Cuban Press. House-made potato chips are delicious, too. We complemented our food with OJ, fresh-made café Americano, and a Toasted Coconut Russian. Delish! Weâll have to try at other times also. Without the grandchild.

We really enjoyed our Saturday evening experience at Brooklyn Heights. The happy hour special prices are a great way to enjoy the wonderful drinks and appetizers. We also ordered The Combo pizza and it was delicious. We had great service by the wait staff and really enjoyed the pub atmosphere. A new neighborhood favorite for us!

We entered the restaurant and I asked if we could sit anywhere and the guy at the bar said "sure". We took a seat, understand never been there and waited for someone to help us out. After 10 minutes, finally got up to look for a menu. Even at that point, the guy behind the bar never asked or spoke to me. We waited another 5 minutes and finally decided thus was not the place to be, so we got up and just walked out. Still nothing was said as we walked out the door. The entire time the bartender was speaking to an individual who had placed an order and drinking a beer (obviously a local). Can't say I would recommend this place to my fellow TripAdvisor friends.
