Located in Langford, off Langford Parkway.. in with the bowling lanes Customer service was good... Food was just ok... Had the beef dip and the au jus was so salty that it was not edible.. did get a discount..we found it very noisy.. not because of the bowling lanes but because the TV's were turned up so loud and on different channels..Karen,Thank you very much for the feedback, we are always looking to improve and appreciate you comments. Our team thanks you for the visit and hope you will try us again in the future. All the best!

Forester's is the perfect location for a relaxing meal with friends and family, not just for golfers unwinding after a day on the links. Our menu of clubhouse classics and contemporary West Coast cuisine has something to please everyone. Enjoy the peace o
My wife's cousins who live in Colwood took us here for lunch -- they said it was their favorite spot. I had the halibut ban mi (excellent although not very Vietnamese-tasting) and my wife had the seafood chowder. Given the glorious view, great service and food, it was a delightful experience.

We had lunch at Axe & Barrel with my brother-in-law and his grown sons. They offer good solid pub grub here. The food was really tasty, the portions were substantial and the prices were reasonable. We will definitely be back next time we're on Vancouver Island.

Rich leather seating sets the tone for Masters Lounge. With service for 60, Masters offers a relaxed ambiance required for winding down after an extended meeting or a day on the course. Sip a signature cocktail or pint of local craft beer with a light sna
Took some out-of-town friends here for drinks on the patio on a beautiful day, great views, very pleasant, had some wings which were very good, a guitarist was playing out on the deck, he was excellent, our waitress Lola, was outstanding, her personality, and attention made our time even better! We'll be back!

Historic pub and restaurant nestled beside Goldstream Campground and the E&N trail. Families welcome with children. Pub-fare, kids menu, gluten friendly and vegan options. Breakfast every Saturday & Sunday. Ten taps of local craft beer and domestic favour
We happened in on the special for tonight. It was roast beef dinner with mashed potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, vegetables, gravy and horseradish. The Yorkshire pudding was ridiculously large. I had to ask for extra gravy. This is a great Old Pub that's off the beaten path and worth the drive, A Hidden Gem for sure. They have great specials and live music, a patio and so much more.

Usually the food here is pretty good. I ordered the Jackâs Homemade Cheeseburger with Fries. The Burger came with the usual Lettuce and Tomato, Pickle, Onion, Burger Sauce, Cheese and Onion Rings on top.The Bun was toasted. The Beef Patty was too mushy. It broke apart too easily. The Burger Sauce was nothing special. The most annoying thing about this Burger was the giant greasy Onion Rings on top. They were so big and greasy, that you couldnât properly taste the Beef Patty. They should do away with putting them on top of the Burger, or just do away with them completely. The Fries were nice and crispy. I have enjoyed other items on the menu at Jackâs, but this Burger was just ok. Service was good and prices were reasonable.

This is a older pub thatâs gone through a couple of incarnations and is a little rough around the edges but the food is great from the appetizers to the main courses (the deep fried pickles are awesome!). Weâve always had great and friendly service but tables may be a little hard to find most nights as the place fills up pretty quickly so get there early.
