I'm so sorry I chose Chili' for my birthday dinner with friends. There was 8 of us, and only one person described their dinner as "good"...the one who ordered a hamburger. In the past, we've loved their chicken tortilla soup, but this time it was just barely "okay". In the past, we loved their chicken quesadillas, but this time they were dried out and not very good at all. And the "steak" and shrimp fajitas? Absolutely terrible! 3 of our party ordered them, and all reported that there was not much "steak", and what little steak they got was so tough it was a real chore to chew it. The majority of the plate consisted of a huge pile of onions and peppers. Ugh! Oh, and to make matters worse, the crap food was complemented by sub-par service too. This place is in serious need of a new chef, and maybe a new manager too. It will be a while before I return to Chili's.
This place has not changed in 30 years and is in need of a serious make over. The bathrooms were disgusting, the drinks were meh.... I don't think I will go back.

This was our second time here. The service was excellent. The value for lunch is awesome. My son had a quesadilla and it was huge. My mom had the club sandwich...huge and delicious. My wings were excellent. We loved the food last time we went and it was even better this time. It is a small place and packed for lunch! Get there just before noon!

I guess you go to a chain for consistency and this was that. Just like the one we eat at a lot in Panama City. Same menu, preparation and so forth. Good quality, good service, clean environment and so forth.

Visited this restaurant for the first time, was the worst service Iâve ever had at a restaurant, and the owner was the rudest Iâve ever encountered. He was too busy being arrogant and pretending owning a restaurant made him important to care about his business or customers!!!

This is a very busy place. They have a wide choice of different beers on draught and from the bottle. However the selection was rather disappointing. In the past they had several Belgian beers, but now only a couple of lagers. They serve pizza, quesadillas, nachos and salads. We ordered quesadilla with chicken and another plate with steak. However the one with steak was burned at the edges. The seazening was very salty as well. In case of nice weather you can sit outside, but because it wasn't very warm, a lot of people had to stand to the side with their drink and wait until a table got free. This place is very noisy as well, but the service is excellent.

First thing first - Our server Sara ROCKED. Service was perfect, and I know the difference. Food was strong. Dubliner Burger was fantastic. No condiments needed and I am a ketchup addict. Reuben was very good and kettle chips with blue cheese béchamel was equal to the sandwich. Beer selection is very good here and love the atmosphere. Again Sara made a strong impression and made our meal memorable- just being herself. (Got name from ticket - wore #manupgasden T-shirt)
