I highly recommend making a visit to this place. I couldn't believe we were basically the only ones in there. They had a band playing jazz and they were very very good. It was like our own private concert. The atmosphere is pretty nice here as well. The best thing about this bar though is the huge selection of beers. They have several (at least 15) craft beers on tap and then a ton in bottles. Our bartender was really cool as well. We talked to him for quite a while. He is a wealth of knowledge of California beers/breweries- (beers outside of CA also). We probably hung out for at least 2 hours listening to jazz, chatting with the bartender, and trying different beers. If we actually lived anywhere near here, this would be my go to bar.

We stumbled over an A frame sign in the pedestrian part of town...which lead us to the Pizza mecca of Eureka that is Madrone.I ordered my usual safe pepperoni mushroom chillies on half....My lovely wife the Redwood margarita.Mine was delicious. JUST THE TICKET for a hungry bear on a road trip thru the Redwoods.The place is roomy and could do with a bit more decor....but pizza is wonderful.

We asked a local twenty something on the street where to eat and she recommended 6th and E. We ate early that night so not a lot of people when we arrived but it filled up fast. The staff were fun and friendly, the food excellent, best onion rings we have ever had commercially. Great creative menu, beer and wine, don't recall hard liquor. We loved the place and would go back. As I recall lots of street parking near by as well.

Cider was the highlight. Other tables had cloth napkins; we were given paper. Pizza was ok. The burger looked great but didnât try it. Definitely a mixed experience. Will have to try it again.

My My husband and I went to arts alive and were craving some oysters while we were out. I googled oyster bar and up came provisions a new place that we had never heard of before. We went and were thrilled! excellent oysters, the environment/ambience is great and just all-around wonderful place. we are glad we went and will definitely be back. And we love that they serve everything on firelight dishware. The prices were very good the service was quick there is nothing bad to say about this place !

We came with three of us at 6:30. Seated right away. The duo playing and singing were great! The food was excellent. Our waiter Eric was attentive and knowledgeable. OMG the food was good. Delicious onion rings with a Reuben, fish and chips, mahi-mahi. All was good and the fries were good too. Iâd come back!

Itâs a nice location right in Old Town Eureka. Parking lot across the street as well as street parking. The tofu tacos were surprisingly good. I would totally come back just for those. The Nachos were surprisingly disappointing. Good craft beer. They sell a lot of merch.
