if you're looking for a reasonably priced fish fry that offers a selection of fish and is delicious, stop here! The restaurant isn't very large, so come early to snag a table as it gets busy. In warm weather we've eaten outside on the patio. Service is always good.

The outdoor seating was perfect for the warm October evening, until someone kept turning up the music - by the end of the meal, we were yelling to hear each other. This was a Tuesday night, not some Friday or Saturday party-hearty scene. Anyway, the pizza was good (I'm always happy to see anchovies on the pizza menu.) Skip the spinach, which was just globs of formerly frozen greens in globs on the otherwise-tasty pizza. Fresh spinach is great, but that's not what they served. The others enjoyed their pizzas and beers. Glad we could be outside, indoors was even louder. Service was friendly and efficient.

We come to the Tap House about once a month. It has a good vibe, including the crowd. The food is well made, and you can get a great burger or salad. I really like the crispy shrimp tacos. There is a loyalty program - ask your server. But make sure you ask about it before you close out your bill. We spent about $100 with 4 of us at the table, and I forgot to give my phone number for the loyalty program. I asked the next day when we went in for beers, but the server said we needed to do that before the bill was closed out. Lesson learned! But all in all, a good local place.

Our favorite place for sushi. I enjoy the atmosphere - comfortable and lively, but not so loud that you canât carry a conversation. Food is consistently good but on more than one occasion, when the restaurant is busier, the service has been below average. Servers are always friendly but it seems as though they canât keep up with the traffic. Most recently, we were seated for more than five minutes before our server introduced herself. Drinks took too long to show up and we had to flag her down for another round. Same deal trying to get and then pay the bill. She did the best she could (and with a smile) but poor service has been the rule lately rather than the exception.

Are here while on a business trip with coworkers. Overall the restaurant is your typical sports bar and restaurant, it was hard to hear and have a conversation over the multiple TVs playing multiple NBA and baseball games- I would definitely recommend stopping here to watch games... to have a conversation with people, not so much! The food was typical of bar food, with the addition of a couple steak options. This restaurant has a pretty solid craft beer line up if you are interested in the Chicago craft beer scene. The only downside to this restaurant was the service- our waitress was slow to take our orders and we had to flag her down to get a refill- this in spite of the area we were sitting in being slow that evening. All in all- this was an ok experience that would have been better suited for catching a game with a small group of people, rather than a larger group, but the service definitely needs to improve.

The owners, waitstaff and bartenders at Countryside are the absolute best. Everyone there makes a concerted effort to make sure you are taken care of. Great beer selection and daily specials. I'm always happy when the fish tacos are on the specials board. Anyone that has a problem with the staff needs to look at themselves.

I travel a lot and review many places in TripAdvisor. This place is amazing. I donât rave often. Their manager, Lou, suggested pizza and burgers when I arrived but I wanted something a little heartier. If their pizza and burgers were recommended, they may be heaven. Because their ribs were the greatest Iâve had anywhere. Their steak was fantastic. The fish tacos were great too. The ribs, though, were out of this world. They fall literally off the bone. I was not in a great mood because of a missed connection that left me stranded in Chicago. But this place was so good, Iâm almost ok with the detour and lost day. It is an incredible place and itâs highly recommended from a curmudgeon.
