First time visit. Everyong commented on how good the food was (I had prime rib that was killer). However, the gal really messed up our order...brought the wrong sides to three of us. Had this not happened I would have ranked higher. The gal was pleasant and the food was good.

Last week we had an wonderful rehearsal dinner at Revival Brew. Being out of town it was definitely more difficult to plan but Brett did everything he could to make it as easy as possible.The food was fantastic. The many different beer and wine options were great. The atmosphere fun. We even had the place to ourselves so were able to bring in a few decorations. Most importantly everyone there made us feel welcome. I am so happy we choose Revival Brew. Cannot say enough good things about it.. Thank you for making everything perfect!

No menus, the waiter recites what is on the menu. There is a menu board in the first room you come into so if you are sitting in the main room, you have to run back to see what is on the menu. Is that crazy or what? Our party of 3 each had some kind of screw-up on the food order but they were nice about correcting them. The booths are very heavily carved where there is probably not even a half inch of solid table surface between carvings. I can only imagine the germs and filth lurking on those booths. There is no way they could possibly be sanitized without cleaning with a brush. The place is an icon, but cheap plastic chairs with peeling paint on the deck do not add to the ambiance of this log cabin building. New owners or not, there are some basics that they are not taking care of.

We visited Lariat Lodge at the recommendation of a friend, at lunch time. The lunch was very much American bar food -- sandwiches and the normal bar side dishes. I decided to do something a bit different and ordered an elk sausage dish. Okay, but not spectacular.My wife's sandwich was cold and the fries were only lukewarm. Moreover, our waiter seemed either terribly hungover or had been doing a bit of weed before he started working. Anyway, our waiter was just "not in this world." So, the beer was very nice (but the waiter seemed unable to tell us which beer was which), but the food was ever so average. And, the service was abysmal.

We were seated during a very busy time and day and noticed the waitresses running around quite busily.It took quite a while to get our food, but when it did arrive it was good. We both had burgers that were done to our liking. Lots of parking which made it a perfect stop for our group of motorcyclists.

We met some neighbors here during the week right before New Year's. We had not been there before since it became the Snowpack Taproom & Kitchen. The pictures others have placed here pretty much reflect the pleasant new look of the interior. It a local hangout with live bands on some nights and a pool table was there I think too.This is good place to stop if you want to meet up with friends, neighbors, and unwind. They have a number of beverage options. You can even have a little trial tasting of a draft beer if you haven't had something before. They don't have table service; you go up and place your order and they create a tab with your credit card (or debit too?). They bring it out to you though. Their food menu is not large, but I had a "WHOLE" Conifer Cheesesteak. It was a lot of food--should have brought 1/2 home, but I ate the whole thing. As someone else said, it would be nice if it came with chips or cole slaw instead of a la carte. I don't think they have fries.Since you pay via tablet I had the receipt sent to my email. I receive regular announcements about events and stuff which is fine. We will probably stop in there again at some point when the spirit moves us.

I have been to Brooks several times in the past. This time my wife and I met with some friends.This time, the services was good, and our order arrived quickly. I ordered the same burger as a friend. She ordered well done and I ordered it medium.When our order arrived, the waitress was a bit unsure which one was with, but then put our food down with confidence. Unfortunately I did not check and proceeded to finish my fries and having good conversation, but did not touch my burger till much later. Our friend ate some of her burger and sent it back to be cooked to more. It arrived a short while later. I proceeded to dig into mine, and then discovered that mine was well-done. The waitress switched them.She offered, but the time to get a new burger, was going to make us late, as we wanted to finish our dinner. Needles to say is I did not finished the burger as it was not appealing to me.Unfortunately after that, their was no manager that apologised, no free drink was offered, or discount applied.For the record, I still gave 12% tip, but I felt that managed should know about mistakes. If you fixed your mistakes, your customers will always come back.This should be a management undertaking with its staff to ensure good service. I donât want to blame the waitress to get in trouble, nor should they. We all make mistakes, but it is how you recover from them that matters.We are sorry to hear the burgers were switched with you and your dining companion and that there was not adequate time for us to be able to make a new burgher for you.Kindly,Janice Brooks
