Well never again. We entered and sat down, had a drink and then left. The noise and foul language emanating from the rear area was just totally unacceptable. So I cannot comment on the quality of food but even if the food was brilliant I would not eat there. Much nicer places to enjoy a lunch or evening just down the road at Red Sea restaurant or a little further at the Maroochydore RSL where the food at both places is amazing.Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your experience. I am disappointed to hear that you did not enjoy the atmosphere and I apologise that inappropriate language was present within the venue. We will certainly take your constructive comments on board. Thanks, Duporth Tavern

The Brightwater Hotel truly is the leading hospitality venue on the Sunshine Coast. With its stunning lakeside location, thoughtful architecture and design the Brightwater Hotel provides a wide range of entertainment and leisure facilities for the whole f
Attended a small family wedding here and due to the room being very loud and crowded I asked if there was somewhere quiet to feed my three month old baby, as in aware in other similar venues there can be small lounge areas with couches. I was advised that this establishment didnât have a lounge are (which was absolutely fine) but I was then told if Iâm more than welcome to used the disabled toilet....what the actual!! So definitely NOT family friendly in my eyes!

Uptown Gastropub is our interpretation of the very best elements of a great Aussie Pub â itâs all about good beer, good food, outstanding, friendly service in a cosy, welcoming place where itâs easy to meet friends and pass the time! The term âgastropubâ
Clearly a lot of work has gone into the Gastropub. It's decor, whilst semi-pretentious, is quite comforting and relaxing. The seating is comfortable in parts, practical and functional in others - a good little mix and vast. There is no shortage of tables or space to move around (when it's not happy hipster hour).Felt comfortable with one of the bar staff who was willing to offer a craft beer selection based on commercial taste preference and a very small sample offering. Very nice brew, but pricey if you enjoyed and continued.Lunch was the Angus Burger. A really great burger design with great tastes and a bun that beats many. The jalapeno mayo had me confused at first but it gives a nice little zip to the taste buds. I wanted it to be amazing in every aspect but unfortunately the meat patty, whilst flavoursome, was grisly and more than disappointing. Every mouthful whilst beautiful in taste, required a serviette for the hard and horrible bits. It is a small thing, but so big when it comes to enjoying a nice lazy lunchtime burger.Has potential for all. I believe for the folk who just want a relaxed lunch, you'll be pretty happy. If you want to go and make a night, you'll love it (just pack the credit card). It is, after all though, a Gastropub - the mere thought for casual folk is $ (cha-ching), for many others it is fun, fantastic and nothing the wallet can't handle.Good luck guys.

There are plenty of tables, both indoor and outdoor, and it is a really good place to just while away some time, chew on some nibbles, and have a quiet drink. Thank you for your review John. glad you enjoyed your visit

Situated on top of Buderim and recently refurbished the Buderim Tavern is the perfect place to take in the spectacular views while dining on your favourite meal. The Buderim Tavern specialises in the best quality steaks and freshest seafood available. We
Family, and kids had Dinner. Kids meals plain, Seafood Basket, and a Steak very good. But Caesar Salad with Callimari was very disappointing. Mixed Leaves (Road Weed) should have been Cos Lettuce, the only way that type of Salad should be served. It was smothered in a Mayo and that also let it down.Still can't give a better rating over all these years.(Try the Kawana Tavern for Calimari) .Hi Elsie, Gee that's really disappointing that you didn't feel you received our best when you dined with us. Happy to discuss further if you'd like. You can reach me at [email protected]

Maroochy RSL caters for everyone. Meet friends for coffee and cake in the Cafe, a lunch or dinner in the Bistro, enjoy free entertainment or catch all the sporting action in the Sports Bar, all while the kids have their own fun in the Kidzone. At Maroochy
Maroochydore RSL is a very welcoming well situated club with a first class parking station. The decor is very smart with lots of room for all.My only criticism I s that the food quality varies sometimes very good and sometimes rather poor. All the same itâs great for a light lunch coffee or a glass of wine.Hi, thank you so much for sharing your feedback, we are pleased that you enjoy our decor and facilities and would recommend us for lunch. Casual and relaxed. Fresh local ingredients used in the preparation of all meals.
A great little corner hotel across the road from the beach. Just casual enough. Good food and great service. Drinks at usual bar prices and plenty of choice on menu, although seafood was a specialty for us!Very friendly and welcoming service. Indoor and outdoor settings. We stopped by for dinner but would go back anytime.
