We were traveling to Ballina recently and noticed the sign outside the golf club whilst passing advertising food served daily. We decided to give it a go!!Well we were not disappointed, in fact it was the one of the nicest lunches we had in a long time. The menu offered a selection of simple yet creative well appointed dishes which catered for all tastes. I decided to have the pulled pork wrap with a special homemade sauce. The combination of the sweet sauce and the juicy pork was to die for. My wrap was served with fresh home cut chips and garden salad. The portion size was very generous and as such I couldn't consider the desert special which was fresh fruit pavlova which I still regret not having from seeing it with another customer. My wife opted for the homemade Irish beef burger with Swiss cheese which she said was very satisfying. The lunch was promptly served by a very pleasant young lady who chatted freely with us. Finally, the food was very reasonably prices. We never considered before stopping in a golf club for lunch specially as non golfers and not knowing the run of a club but we were made feel very welcome. The views from the dining room are great, looking over the course and the mountains. All in all a great spot for food. We'll be back.....

Stopped by for lunch and had good food at very reasonable cost. We wanted a snack and they were very happy to revise the sandwich menu to suit our requirements. The satff were very friendly and the place is well frequented by local people; the carry-out service they offer seems very popular. Well worth a visit if you are in the area.

We actually stayed in the loft for a few nights as visiting friends. The website photos are true to its word. Itâs an old, dated hotel on top of a pub but it was grand. Staff were fab, was super clean, good hearty breakfast in the morning. Had a few pints of Guinness in the evening and was great atmosphere.

We were staying in Ballina for a couple of nights and were so impressed on night one of visiting Crockets, that we returned the second night also. Excellent, friendly service. Lovely food served without delay in an extremely busy environment. Will definitely be back.

Brennanâs Lane is in the heart of Ballina, on the evocatively named Garden Street. From outside it looks quite small, but this is deceiving as it stretches way back and is actually huge. It has an almost Tardis quality in the amount of space inside. Downs
A group of us, 4 adults and 7 children ate in Brennan's lane bar and restaurant for the first time today. The restaurant located upstairs is clean, cosy and nicely decorated. The Sunday lunch menu had a nice selection and wasn't overly priced. The children's food came first which was good. Only complaint, the restaurant had wha seemed only 1 waitress, we were waiting a long time to get ketchup. The waitress was over worked and restaurant could've done with more waiting staff. Having said that, the food was so so tasty and one of the nicest Sunday lunches I've had in a long time. I look forward to returning to Brennan's Lane bar and restaurant.

Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the town, you'll find the atmospheric Dillons courtyard an ideal place in which to unwind. We pride ourselves on delivering Restaurant food in a relaxed casual setting. Our motto is simple 'Quality Food at a Reasona
We were a family group of twelve on a Friday night for dinner. The ambiance is lovely helped by the courtyard entrance. The attentive and friendly service added greatly to our enjoyment. The special birthday treat for our son arranged at very short notice on a busy night was most appreciated. The food is delicious and yes the portion sizes are hearty and god value! The house wine was delicious and very reasonably priced. Thanks to the Dillon's team for looking after us and we look forward to returning when next over the West.
