Top 7 Pizza food in Province of Granada, Andalucia, Spain

Find out what Pizza restaurants to try in Province of Granada. There’s an Arabic inscription that captures the essence of Granada in a few words: “There is nothing so sad as to be blind in Granada.” The perspicacity of this declaration becomes obvious as soon as you penetrate the austere walls of the Alhambra and take in the full majesty of the architecture, carvings and fountains of the Nasrid palaces. Your ticket (which should be bought well in advance following the instructions on the attraction’s website) also affords entry to the Renaissance Palace of Carlos V and to the exquisite gardens of the Generalife. If you are celebrating a special event, or are in the market for a splurge, you can stay in the lovely Parador, right on site. Make your way down into the city via the atmospheric old quarter of the Albaicin, with its tiny craft shops and restaurants, and head for the Cathedral and Royal Chapel. Also plan a visit to the crypt for the tombs of Ferdinand and Isabella, the instigators of Spain’s imperial adventures to the New World and beyond. It’s worth making the short journey out of town to visit the Monasterio Cartuja, a fabulous Carthusian monastery in the baroque style. Admirers of the poet Lorca should make the effort to visit the Casa-Museo Federico Garcia Lorca in Fuente Vaqueros, about 11 miles from the city centre.

We visited this restaurant as a party of 5 for lunch. Unfortunately it was the day in between two bank holidays so the whole centre was really busy. We queued for an hour to get in at 4pm. We ordered drinks while we looked at the menu. The bottled soft drinks arrived without glasses or straws. Asked for glasses which arrived about 10 mins later!! We ordered a starter to share, a couple of pizzas and 3 pasta dishes as mains. After about 20 mins the two pizzas arrived and i have to say they were probably the most tasteless pizzas we have ever had, followed by the bread starter. We finished the pizzas and then waited another 20 mins for the three pasta dishes. The waitress said there was a problem but other customers were getting their pasta dishes while we waited. I think she had forgotten to put them on the system. When they arrived they werent to bad but we were fed up with waiting to really enjoy them. We had to ask for black pepper and parmesan cheese as well as knives. If you pay around 12 euros!!! for a pizza and 14 euros for a pasta dish you would expect them to be pretty reasonable and tasty but not the case. The whole meal took nearly 90 mins and we left without being asked if we wanted coffee or dessert and whether we enjoyed it. The bill was 90 euros for 5 and i have to say we have had much better locally for 50 euros. Why cant these places bring the main courses out together and get the basics correct. Dont think we will be going back and will not recommend this place to anyone

Just visited after finding them on here. Its a small takeaway place that looks pretty average but the pizza...ahh...drool...light and crispy, oozy, makes you feel woozy lol. Too good. After a tiring visit to alhambra this was just the pick me up we needed. Half a metre cost us 16 euro and they gave us a little extra so it ended up being about 80cm cue the obligatory instagram pic to make my friends drool too, priceless...Grazie MilleThank you

Dinner in most restaurants starts late - at 8:30. We had kids and showed up at 8 and they accommodated us. Really great food for us and for the kids. And quick too. Very hard to get a reservation though. Generally very crowded. Highly Recommended!

Having read the positive reviews, I decided to give this establishment a try. Ordered a takeaway Jamon Serrano pizza. The place was busy, most people having a takeaway. Friendly service, fast and efficient. Brought the pizza back to the hotel room, where my girlfriend and I devoured it. Delicious. Definitely lives up to the reviews. Highly recommend Bella Ciao Pizzeria. On a Monday, all of their Classic pizzas are only 5 Euros, very good value.

Our first visit to this Italian restaurant was a real treat the food and service was great and all at a reasonable price. We were only having salmon linguini but were given some fresh bread sticks with a melted cheese dip which was delicious. The pasta was excellent followed by a super chocolate brownie. The only issue is on our second visit the TVs were up at full volume for the football and conversation was nearly impossible.
