We happened to stop at my daughter's house and they had just ordered a Tortorice's pizza. It was the largest thin crust with sausage, and mushrooms on half. The pizza was very good, though I am a deep dish or pan pizza fan. The pizza was ready exactly when promised. The prices are reasonable. Check for their specials.

My daughter, 5 year old granddaughter and I stopped at Canta Napoli after trying a nearby Mexican restaurant that was absolutely jammed. We were seated immediately at Canta Napoli. Though not full, Canta Napoli had a strong customer showing. There is street parking, as well as parking in a lot behind the restaurant. Our server, Hayley was very good - personable and efficient. She first brought warm bread with oil and parmesan cheese. For an entree, my daughter ordered the penne con salsiccia with sausage in a creamy tomato sauce. My 5 year old granddaughter and I decided to split a burger. I asked for the cheese on the side. My granddaughter ate her part of the burger with no cheese and ate the French fries. I ate a bigger portion of the burger, but decided on a cup of cream of asparagus soup. The burger was done perfectly and we both finished it. The pasta dish was very tasty. There are tables outside, but it was a bit too chilly and misty for eating outside. The price was very reasonable and there was more than enough food.

My family had some sandwiches from Joe's and were impressed. Great Italian flavor and feel and the value was right on. Service was awesome and parking was easy. We'll definitely be back to try their pizza, which many people were ordering. The place hops with take-away food, so that's another option to experience Joe's as well.

If you are in the mood for an award-winning pan pizza with delicious gooey cheese, a mouth-watering crust, and a sauce with fresh tomatoes, then this is the place for you! I have tried many of the pan pizzas offered in the north and northwest sides of Chicago and I have never found a place as good as Malnati's. This take-out location will allow you to have the Malnati ezperience at home and you can ask to leave it uncut if you have a longer drive.

There are some things that should be on every visitors âbucket listâ when it comes to regional fare. Their deep dish pizza, local brews and family style dishes are what itâs all about when it comes to pizza pie in the Windy City. You gotta try it.

We ordered a thick crust pizza for take out. Not much sauce on the pizza made it quite dry. It was just 'okay'. They did have the pizza prepared right on schedule for our pick up order that we called in.
