We booked as we had a week of birthday celebrations .... never expected to eat three courses ... we all throughly enjoyed the whole evening... lovely welcome... fantastic service from out great waitress daria!!! Iâve eaten in a lot of pizza express ... as itâs a brand I enjoy... Caterham branch seem to be the best We will return x

Birthday celebration with friends. Have been several times but this time the food was outstanding. (Comodor chicken). Prosecco was ice cold and waitress warm and friendly! Have paid twice the price for something half as good elsewhere.!Might like to think about varying the in-house singer on Friday nights. (He's great but the repertoire hasn't changed for years!!)

Having enjoyed a matinee in the West End, then found nearby restaurants absolutely heaving, we decided to catch a train back to Horley, and tried Il Sorriso. And what a find! The waiting staff were really friendly, and seemed to interchange between tables seamlessly. The food was sensational. My wife really enjoyed her macaroni, while I demolished my seafood risotto, packed full of octopus, cockles, mussels, shrimps, prawns and topped with a king prawn. A nice glass of Italian red rounded things off nicely. About half the tables were taken, and there was a lovely ambiance among the diners. I will definitely be back.We appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review of your positive experience with us. We always aim to provide the very best authentic Italian experience and we are pleased to hear that we have achieved it on your first visit! Do come back and visit us again soon and try some of our other dishes.

Have visited this restaurant just over a year ago and we had such a slow service I would never imagine ever be back.Came in with my family and decided to give them another chance.And what an incredible difference from our previous visit.Everything was down to perfection , from warm welcome, to very attentive staff and great food to complete the experience.Will definitely see me and my family more often.

BEST lasagne ever!Lovely food and lovely friendly serviceWould recommend for most occasions. We did not book but walked in at about 9pmgood selection of food...â¦.tapas snacks or full meal. I booked for a family (5 people) pre wedding celebration and made this clear at the time of booking. On arrival our table wasnât ready, but we sat and enjoyed our Prosecco in the bar. However we didnât get shown to our table for a further 35 minutes and still hadnât placed our food order an hour after our booking. The waiter taking the drinks orders kept shouting he couldnât hear us instead of coming closer and then forgot to bring the wine, no apology. So 1.5 hours after our reservation time we finally got our food - which was really good quality and almost but not quite worth the wait. Cannot comment on the desserts as by 10.30pm the night before a wedding we couldnât commit the time . The delays and poor service did not make the relaxed family celebration we wanted so despite the excellent food and attempts to apologise by just one member of the serving team I was left feeling very let down. They appear to be resting on their laurels and recognition as best restaurant in Westerham - they are busy, their food is undoubtedly great but they are very careless of the overall customer experience. They deserve 5 stars for the food, 1 star for the service.

Cucina has quite an upmarket city feel for a restaurant in such a small country village, but it works so well. The service is prompt and food is fresh and full of flavour. They also do a very nice peach Bellini!Couldn't fault this place and now I know it's here, when I pass through Oxted again I know exactly where I'll be going.
