Things to do in Huntsville
Picked up some pizza here while visiting family. The service was good and quick, though a bit uninformed (young teen behind the counter). Was able to easily get enough pizza for 8 for a low amount of money, and it was ready quickly. Negative point was that the cashier didn't try to upsell me any dips - I needed a second transaction to get those once I noticed them. Also worth noting, the slicing of the pizza was haphazard - some pieces were twice the size of others!
I went in for the advertised medium single topping pizza @ $6.99. I asked how much it would cost to add an extra topping and was told that I couldn't add an extra topping to the special because the computer wouldn't allow it and that a two topping medium would cost me $11.99. After some arguing she finally read the part of the sign that said extra toppings could be added. All of a sudden she knew exactly how to work the computer, but she still charged me $1.50 per topping when the sign in the store clearly says $1.35. This is quite a profitable scam if you figure each customer gets overcharged by $5. I'm just wondering if it is limited to just this franchise or if it is a corporate sanctioned scam. We were staying at Deerhurst and read reviews on trip advisor that said pizza nova delivers to the resort. It was a Sunday evening, kids were at the water park, and we didnt feel like getting everyone ready to go out to the restaurant, so pizza seemed like a good idea. We waited for 70 minutes, and when the pizza came, it was so small and had such little cheese and toppings, and crust, we would have needed a dozen of them to feed a family of 5 plus one toddler. It was quite possibly the chinciest pizza I ever received delivery of. Maybe when they figure you are staying at the resort and not likely to order from them again, they just put together a watered down offering ? I would not recommend, and Pizza Nova head office should check this location out, they do not deserve to use the name. As you can see, Iâm an experienced reviewer, and I have never given anyone 1 star before, and honestly, I would have given them a 0 if I could have.

A restaurant focused on serving up delicious Italian meals at great value, all in a family oriented, fun and casual atmosphere.
We visited this establishment for lunch and we were made to feel as if we were imposing. Our server seemed overwhelmed and was hiding from us. When our food finally arrived, it was cold and tasteless.Seriously, we are a family of four and we are fairly low maintenance. When a server doesnât even make an effort to check on you, itâs A sad sad place. Avoid this place!TonyMy apologies for your experince at my restaurant. I would be happy to discuss further.CordiallyPeter Corbett7057889887FranchiseeEast Side Marios Huntsville

Although the restaurant was empty we had to wait to be seated while the waitress chatted with her friends watching the hockey game.We had a birthday in the group and got nothing. No cake, not so much as a "happy birthday"The food was good but, the drinks were horribleHi, there. We're glad that you liked the service and the ambiance, but we're sorry that you were not satisfied with the quality of your drinks. Your feedback is important to us and we'd like to learn more. This is an old school diner, complete with really great chocolate milkshakes. The menu has tons of options, from breakfasts to dinner entrees. I had the club sandwich and it was very good. Service can be a bit slow, because this place is usually busy.
