Now I remember why we hadn't gone in awhile. We rolled up Friday afternoon and ordered the 5 meat at the window. Was told to pull around and get back in line, that it would be about 5-7 minutes. Went around the building, they were 4 cars deep so I parked and walked in. I had my wife and grandson sitting in the car. When I entered it was TOTAL chaos. Several people sitting, waiting , looking at their watches, grumbling. 25 minutes later I get our pizza. SILLY ME, I didn't check it before I left. We live 16 miles away. It was chared on the bottom and around the edges. Meats were overcooked and sauce had evaporated. I called the store. Was told I could come back and get a replacement. I explained where I lived and wasn't driving back that night. We went back yesterday and picked it up. I looked at it. It smelled off. Got home. Wife got a piece out for her and our grandson. It was BURNT again. The server yesterday used the excuse for Friday that they were busy. Well isn't that what you are open for, to be busy and prosper? There was NO ONE IN THE STORE OR AT THE DRIVE THRU YESTERDAY. I'm so beyond calling back up there. I'll take the loss and THIS TIME ,remember why it had been so long why we hadn't been there in awhile. The one downtown is awesome. This one needs to retrain or close their doors. They didn't even slice the pizza all the way through. I had to get our pizza cutter out both nights and cut it ourselves. We put it all out for the wildlife to eat it. It hasn't been touched. Even they know when something is beyond edible.1

Being tired, we ordered pizza delivered to our hotel room. They came quicker than expected with a large hot pizza. Thank you, Domino's. It was delicious and reasonably priced.

Picked up a pizza to go, the restaurant is like a 70âs throwback and could use some updating and cleaning but they have great pizza. They have a buffet with pizza and pasta that actually looked pretty good, probably try it when I go back.I loved there pizza, like the thin crust with the crispy cheese on top, had the all meat pizza and it was really good.

I love Italian food, do not like Olive Garden or the Chain variety restaurants that claim to authentic....Grumpy's is outstanding. they fix your food while you wait, they are not afraid of Garlic and the staff is on the ball. We had a great lunch, I had the Chicken Parmesan and Garlic Bread. I have been missing this wonderful culinary experience. Good job, Ol' Grumpy who ever you are. The place is quaint and pleasant. The drink glasses stay full with the staff checking on you often without hovering. Can't say enough good things about this place and the food. You gotta try it.

Well went to cici's tonight for the kids to eat some pizza and desserts. It was just plain cheap pizza. Yes it is what it is place was not packed. Pizza was hot and fresh and salad bar was OK. Dessert was fresh out of oven. Kids enjoyed it though.

I moved to Hanceville last year and first thing I did was order a pizza. I only live about 2 miles outside of town and they happily delivered the first time. I called 2 weeks later and after the order was placed and ready, I was told I would have to drive 1 mile and meet them to pick up my pizza. I explained that it was delivered to my house just 2 weeks before and was told that was in error and I would have to "deal with it". I understand policy and they have to abide by those policies, but it was an error on their behalf and the least they could have done was apologize for the confusion, deliver it to the house once more and then I would have known the first time as a mistake and met them going forward. I happily have pizza delivered to my door step by Pizza Hut.

Our first time here, our plates were cleaned! Artichoke dip- good. Cheesy bread/marinara made our grandson happy. Spaghetti tasty, bread yummy! Fettuccini very good! Will definitely come back.
