I will now continue to ALWAYS patronize the newbury store. it is a corporate store and knows customer service. the chardon store is a franchise and is more interested in bottom line than anything else. I didn't feel like driving in the snowy weather. I placed an online order ahead of time to be delivered later in the day. delivery was on time. in fact the driver texted me to say he was on his way. EXCELLENT. and he got a healthy tip for that plus ON TIME. this store skimps on ingredients, i'm sure in order to help the bottom line. barely any artichoke hearts or broccoli on the Californian. I also requested an additional item; sausage. there was no sausage on the pizza. shame on me for not checking upon delivery. I called the store. the manager barely apologized and offered a $10.00 credit. no thank you. you have screwed up my order way too many times, I am going back to newbury. he offered a new delivery. not prompt service (after all it was free) and i'm sure the driver knew he wasn't getting a tip, maybe gary (the 1st driver...who is wonderful) split the generous tip I gave him. if you call for a pick up for zeppes and you live in chardon, do yourself a favor and drive the extra mile or 2. newbury will take care of you. also, you can arrive early and have a beer while you wait. tell neal I said hello.

We recently order carry out from there. The counter staff was less than helpful. When we picked up the order, I swear it smelled like marijuana in there. It took quite a while for the man to come out of the back. He was confused about our order and overall it was not a good experience.

The pizza is superb...that goes without saying. But this review is about the takeout salads. Didn't think about writing a review on a takeout pizza place until now. Have had salads from there a couple of times and they were very good. Even got one-to-go, then taking it over to Chardon BrewWorks to enjoy with the microbrew there. But this time, I specifically went to get the good salad to go with dinner for my wife and me at home! Got the large salad which lasted two days and it was absolutely superb both days! Would recommend above and beyond any in house restaurant salad or grocery salad mix. Oh yeah, again, the pizza is excellent as well...

When traveling through a town, I typically stay with chain restaurants since I know what to expect, unless I have a recommendation from a friend. I do not know anything about the other pizza places in Chardon, so friends and I eat at Pizza Hut when traveling through. We have had good service and food on previous visits, but this one fell apart.There were three in my group. It took a longer time than normal to get our drinks ordered. Once that was finally done, we ordered our food. All of us ordered a Supremo sub sandwich because we had had pizza the day before. 20 minutes after ordering, the server told us the food would be coming out of the oven soon. Ten minutes later, still no food. Another server placed some garlic bread sticks on our table. We did not order those, and we let that server know that. She apologized. A family at a table across the aisle was waiting on them, so she took the food over there. Something was not right with the order as I heard the lady say the order wasn't right.Our server returned to inform us our food would be there soon. It had now been 45 minutes since we had ordered our sandwiches. When they finally arrived, the one was incorrectly made as it had lettuce on it, and the person had asked for no lettuce. My sandwich was lukewarm around the edges, but the meat was a bit cool in the middle. Either it was not cooked long enough, or it had been sitting out for too long. Our server disappeared for 20 minutes, so I could not speak to her about it. I went ahead and ate the food. (The family at the other table got their food shortly after we did. Something was not right, and they got up and left after telling their server about it.)Clearly, this was the most disappointing experience I have had at this Pizza Hut. On the positive side, the restaurant was fairly clean as were the restrooms. However, the negative experiences of the evening overshadowed the dining atmosphere. It will be a LONG time before I eat at this Pizza Hut again. I hope this was an isolated incident as previous visits were great. Manager, if you are reading this, PLEASE make an effort to make improvements and not ignore my commentary. Thank you.

This place was recommended by a waitress at another local restaurant, but it did not live up to her reviews. The people who worked there were rude and just sitting on their phones instead of taking orders. I told them I would wait outside while the food was getting ready and they said no problem they would come get me. I was literally right outside their little window. An hour and a half went by, it was during a concert in the square, and no one came. Finally I went inside to ask about my order status and they had it cooling in the fridge, it had been done for at least an hour. It was given to us cold. The pizza was not good and the pasta that I ordered was very starchy.

Food is really good. I really appreciate the diversity of the menu, between pizza, entrees, great salads and even plenty of gluten free options. Service is prompt and friendly. Atmosphere is comfortable and clean! Plenty of seating even on busy weekends.

When we are craving pizza this is our go to place in cute Chardon Square.The salads are outstanding fresh and delicious I really love the Noce Orange salad with the homemade balsamic dressing.As for this pizza it is wood fired with a crispy crust and many choices of toppings so delicious!We have always had great service and you can peek into the kitchen and watch them work
