The U.S. Census Bureau designates the Ames metropolitan statistical area as encompassing all of Story County; combined with the Boone, Iowa micropolitan statistical area (Boone County, Iowa), the pair make up the larger Ames-Boone combined statistical area. There is outside seating at this Little Cesar's, but it's otherwise a pick up place. We got the 8 piece real garlic Parmesan chicken wings today. They were hot, messy and very good. See pics. $6 plus tax is about average to the low side for price in the Ames area for real chicken wings. Clean. Friendly staff. Good smells. Plenty of parking. Marcydiner tantrum scale of 5/5-no screaming kids. This is a paleo type of food. Doubt it's gluten free, but close. Good choice for those doing paleo foods. Fast.

We have never been there but heard good reviews about the pizza. And hey, that shopping center is where restaurants go to die and they haven't died, so must be worth a shot. The waitress gave the kids (6 and 4) some pizza dough to play with while we waited for our order to cook. That was nice. So we ordered our pizza: half spicy sausage and half pepperoni. It was $23 for the family including 2 sodas. Decent deal for a sit down joint. But it is a once-and-done place for us. The pizza was Sssssooooooo boooorrrringg. And I normally prefer less spice so for me to say it was boring, it was pretty bad. Pizza sauce tasted like it came directly out of a can. No zip, zing, or anything special. The spicy sausage was not spicy. The crust was more on the overdone side for our taste. And had we let it, the cheese would have slid right off the pizza. No idea why this place was so busy based on what we tasted.

Tonight we dined at Pizza Ranch. What a wonderful experience! We were with a party of 16 and were able to enjoy ourselves in their lovely party room. The staff brought us their especially-made-for-us pizza, hot out of the oven. (Their sauerkraut and pineapple pizza is delicious!) And the servers were so gracious and kind. I know it is difficult to serve a large party, yet they were awesome. Their salad bar was fresh and nutritious. And their hot comfort food superb. Kudos to the Ames Pizza Hut. Keep up the good work.

Whenever we visit Ames, this is the place we go first and for the best pizza in town. A bit expensive, especially when you have it delivered. But we order a large in order to enjoy leftovers. We highly recommend this pizzeria with other good items on the menu as well.

My husband organize me a welcome party with friends, the service was very good. The place wasn't smelling clean. We went there many time and never had that problem before. We love their boneless wings, but every time we go are different, last two times weren't good. They should have more variety of cocktails. Their food menu is very good.Thanks for leaving your honest feedback. We'll pass it along so we can continue to improve. We hope you'll come back and see us again soon!

The build your own pizza is an excellent value! So many choices of cheese and vegetables, right there in any combination that you want. And for seven bucks you really canât go wrong. And donât miss out on the special flavored lemonades- definitely a bonus to eating at Blaze.

We have been here a few times recently, both for bacon pizza and beef and ham sandwiches and all were very good. Clean. We didn't notice that it was cold at all for all our visits.(another reviewer complaint) nicely decorated for Christmas! Friendly staff. Very family friendly. Good prices. They DELIVER! Street and lot parking. Marcydiner tantrum scale of 5/5-no screaming kids. And of course the food is VERY GOOD. See pics.
