After spending 2 days at Sarajevo by myself I felt I need to see more of this beautiful country. Luckily I met someone who recommended this tour. I firstly booked a half day tour to Trebević mountain and to the tunnel of hope, the tour was great so I decided to to book a full day tour where we visited 5 cities in Bosnia. I totally recommend this tour, the agents are very professional and friendly everything went exactly as planned. Ask for Mak.. he's great ????

✔️ Tour of the Old bridge area A peaceful, special and truly wonderful historic town of Mostar, spanning a deep valley of the Neretva river, developed in the 15th and 16th centuries as an Ottoman frontier town. The Old bridge has been included on the UNESCO list of world heritage sites. ✔️ War photo exhibition The exhibition displays pictures taken by New Zealander photojournalist Wade Goddard who witnessed the war in Mostar. This collection of around 50 powerful wartime photos is displayed in the western Old bridge tower, above the bridge divers’ club. ✔️ Bulevar Mostar The Bulevar street runs from the north to the south of the city. During the war it used to be the frontline between Bosnians and Croats. Today it’s the heart of the city and home of the beautiful Mostar city hall. ✔️ Spanish square The Spanish square is the central city square. It’s only 5-10 minutes of walking distance from the Old bridge, a perfect place to take a rest, sit and enjoy the sunsets.

I had come to Mostar expecting to only spend a day. Once in the city, I was very impressed with everything. The city is beautiful, people were very welcoming. I found their information at a photography exhibit and asked about booking it. Sanja was very kind and helpful. She gave me an incredible tour of the city with lots of history and advice for other things to see and do. I enjoyed the tour and city so much, I stayed for three days. My wife and I hope to come back soon. When we do, we will certainly book another tour with them. When the tour was over, I really felt like I spent the afternoon with a friend. Thank you for making Mostar so special.

3. Mostar and Blagaj Tekke Photo Tour from Split

Croatia Photo Tour

Join us on an adventurous photography day tour to Mostar, one of the greatest legacies of 4 centuries of Ottoman rule in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Many of the 16-19th century buildings in the Old Town have been given back their original glory. The Old Bridge across the Neretva river has also been restored, enabling the 477 year diving competition to continue, at the end of every July. On the way to Mostar, a short stop above the Blue Lake in Imotski is mandatory to appreciate the huge sinkhole on the edge of town with its 200 meter deep lake.

This is a very long overdue review for Croatia Photo Tour. Only a couple of weeks before my intended trip,I found out that my intended vacation to another country was no longer possible, and I was going to be going to Croatia by myself (solo female traveler). I travel internationally fairly often for business by myself, but was nervous at the idea of trying to scramble to set up a very last minute itinerary. Igor helped me arrange a fantastic private itinerary to see many of Croatia and Bosnia's most scenic spots, and worked around my inconvenient hotel accommodations during the trip. Honestly, just having the itinerary and transit arranged alone was worth the cost of the tour but having the photography instruction was such a fantastic addition to the tour! On top of that, Igor was very helpful and patient as he taught me new techniques with my camera. I am very happy with all of the photos I took, and couldn't have done it without this tour. I would be happy to hire Croatia Photo Tours for my next trip to Croatia.

Despite the lack of tourists during the pandemic, Enes and Nadir went out of their way to provide a great tour experience. Enes' witty and expressive personality was definitely the highlight of the tour. We had a blast walking through the fresh snow at the abandoned bobsled track and admiring the expansive view of Sarajevo from the abandoned restaurant on Mount Trebević. I appreciated that Enes shared some of his own personal experiences, like how he managed to track down the Swedish (?) boy that sent him gifts during the war and that he had the chance to personally meet and thank Bruce Dickinson, lead singer of Iron Maiden, for performing at Sarajevo during the siege. Enes has great taste in music and even sent me some songs related to the conflict in Sarajevo, which accompanied me during the rest of my time in the city and gave me a lot to reflect on. The sites we went to were all super fascinating. At the Tunnel of Hope, I got to hear the stories of individuals who braved their lives to bring in food and supplies during the Siege. Enes was very candid in his delivery of Sarajevo's history. I could tell it meant a lot to him. If anything, this tour was too short!

I booked this within 2 hours of the start of the tour on my last day in Belgrade and it was absolutely worth it. My guide was exceptionally knowledgeable and thorough. He even took me to the airport at the end so that I could catch my flight. You know it was a good tour when you feel like you’re leaving the city too soon.
