All instructors are fully qualified to BGA standards and rated instructors. We also provide introductory flights for those considering taking up gliding or just wishing to experience the joys and thrills of flight - something that makes a great birthday present. The instructors all fly for the pleasure of flight, are passionate about this fantastic sport and hope to enthuse others to take up gliding. The club flies every weekend and midweek for most of the year. In winter, midweek flying does occur but on fewer days, as the sport is weather dependent. We offer winch launches, aerotow launches behind a powered aircraft, and flights in a self launching motor glider. Midweek, we can also offer a video of your flight as an extra.
