Yesterday we visit the Kinepolis in Utrecht and watched Bohemian Rhapsody, half way in to the move, the screen went black. Somebody walked to the counter and people went to the toilet and other bought some beer, we had a short unplanned brake. After 5 min the move started again, the technical problem was fixed. At the end of a great movie, we walked out of the cinema and we all got a free movie ticked and the apologies for the inconvenience. The problem was not that big for us, but the solution is very good, thank you Kinepolis.
