Quick and easy, which in the kebab business is the name of the game. The kebab is good, and they use season salt on the fries, so that's a nice addition. The staff is nice as well. It's obviously got a good following, the dining room is always stuffed full of people eating and waiting.

Delightfully cosy restaurant serving steaming tagine pots and cous cous dishes. Portions were ridiculously generous - the house cous ous had enough grilled meat to serve two. A well ranged wine list, including African choices. Delicious mini pasties platter choice for dessert with real north African coffee or fresh mint tea.

The plat du jour (beef tajine for us) was great value, and the couscous berbere featured a great selection of various grilled meats to accompany the couscous Pretty sure we were the only tourists there that day - worth the effort to find this place

We went on the overall tripadvisor recommendation and we weren't disappointed. This is real kebab meat (not the reconstituted rubbish kind), well cooked and the fillings are great and plentiful. Unlike another reviewer, we found the chips were good. This kebab place fully deserves its high praise.

Cold and windy, the ideal weather for a warm Couscous! My partner went for the Couscous with chicken. While ordering, the waiter asked which kind of meat was preferred, white meat or rather the legs of the chicken which was really attentive! I went for the rather traditional Couscous Royal with merguez, chicken and lamb shank. The "soup" had a great taste and was full of vegetables. During the meal, the waiter came and ask how everything was going and also proposed to bring additional "soup" and couscous, however we refused as we still had plenty left, even at the end.Excellent "winter food"

We were looking for somewhere to eat in Troyes during an overnight stopover on the way to Calais. That we ate at Le Libanais is totally down to Tripadvisor reviews. It was fully booked for the Saturday night so had to eat early, around 6.30pm.The owner is a real character, very genial and helpful. We had the Mezze option. All dishes were delicious and very well cooked. It started to fill up half way through our meal and it seems a popular place with locals and tourists. Book if you want to eat here!!
