This wasnât the standard menu for a Mexican restaurant. There were all the classics, but lots of new variations Iâd never tried before. I asked the server for a suggestion and really enjoyed what she steered me to, which was a burrito with chorizo and pineapple on it.

The fajita was above average. The rice and beans were just OK. The fajita was not overstuffed with onions.I tried the plate with four different enchiladas. The beef was pour. The chicken good. The queso was excellent. The bean good.Gourmet food it is not. Also taco bell it is not. Somewhere in the middle.

I come to this location, or others, anytime I am wanting that, now familiar-to-everyone, burrito. Hot Head is very good, but, when compared to Chipotle, it is great.Too many sauces to count, from mild, BBQ, honey mustard to Extreme Habanero. They offer jalapeno's, pineapple and other options that Chipotle doesn't (or if Chipotle does have them, you are treated like a jerk for asking). The staff at this location is always friendly and patient. Place is always clean.They are a little cheaper, less crowded, and have far more options and I have not heard about anyone getting violently ill after eating here. Come to this or any of the other burrito places that are popping up and you will wonder why you go to Chipotle.

First time here as I'm in town on business. Fantastic food!! Got the fresh made chips, perfectly salted. The Salsa Bar was great. Tried the chorizo and potato taco and a flank steak taco. Both were excellent. The highlight was the Braised Beef Empanada, outstanding!!! Excellent service and great prices. Best meal I have had all week!

I have nothing bad to say about El Picante, but it was just OK. Good lunch menu selection, service was attentive and friendly. Food was average, although I thought the serving size of my lunch menu burrito was bit small compared to other similar restaurants. Won't say I will not go back, but would try other local Mexican places first.

Traveling on I-71 we were watching for a spot for a quick lunch on the way home from Louisville, KY. We spotted on those "highway logo signs" that listed SKYLINE CHILI at exit #28. The actual restaurant is actually about 2.5 miles from the interstate but it's well worth the short drive.The restaurant was very clean and the service was very fast and efficient. Our waitress was at our table almost before we were seated. She took our orders and our food was served within 5 minutes. Being a big fan of Skyline Chili, my meal was as good as I expected. Skyline Chili is always a good choice for comfort food. After eating too much turkey (and fixings) for Thanksgiving - Skyline offered an excellent change of pace.Well worth driving 2.5 miles from the freeway.
