We were in Madras for a wedding so needed something to bring to the buffet after the wedding. We snagged two party packs which was 24 Tacos and they were a big hit at the buffet. Later that night we walked across the street from our Quality Inn Hotel and had dinner at Taco Bell. The food was great as usual but they take your name when you order and always use your name when talking to you. They said, "Here you go Tim" when they handed me the food. They said, "Tim don't forget some hot sauce", etc. this is the first time in 65 years I've ever had a fast food place be so personal. Really makes you feel like they appreciate you as a customer! Good for you to all the employees at the Madras Taco Bell! Job well done!

I accidentally gave my review for this restaurant under one listed for Bend. Can this one be added and either my review moved to the correct restaurant or deleted so I can add it under the correct one? Thanks!
The margaritas here were delicious! We ordered nachos which were nicely made with generous meat and cheese. The restaurant itself is nice and roomy with many booths. The only glitch was the waiter service...he didn't come around too often and when we were ready for our check, we had to hunt him down because he never came back.

Pepe's has been around for a long time, now in a, "new" location (several years) and I stop there when in Madras for work. The people are super nice and the burrito I get is excellent. There are 2 sizes, I always get the large and then wonder why I got so much, but I can finish it. There is inside seating at about 10 tables and then you get it to go. Seem pretty popular with the locals and that's always a good sign. Try Pepe's!

New restaurant in little Madras serving fresh, gourmet Mexican and tantalizing margaritas. The food is unusual, beautifully presented and the owner is a gem. Cost is very reasonable. Meals are quite large (enough for 2).
Enchiladas Rio, Enchiladas Rio, Enchiladas Rio! Mas.Or anything else on the menu.Itâs not the ambience or the service (weird), itâs all about the food.We stop here every year on our migration north and the food never disappoints. And donât fail to order the churros and ice cream for dessert.Mas.
