Ely (/ˈiːli/, EE-lee) is the largest city and county seat of White Pine County, Nevada, United States. Ely was founded as a stagecoach station along the Pony Express and Central Overland Route. In 1906, copper was discovered and Ely's mining boom came later than the other towns along US 50. The railroads connecting the First Transcontinental Railroad to the mines in Austin, Nevada and Eureka, Nevada have long been removed, but the railroad to Ely is preserved as a heritage railway by the Nevada Northern Railway and known as the Ghost Train of Old Ely. As of the 2010 census, the population was 4,255.

Not your typical Taco Time as it is located within gas station and the workers also service the Subway inside. The food was good and reasonably priced. Slightly different menu than that offered in Washington State.

Dine in or drive-thru. Fresh salsas. Big portions. Had chili verde, asada, and bean burritos, all excellent. Chips & salsa side order still hot from the fryer. Will definitely stop again next time weâre in Ely. Great food!

Inside the casino the restaurant is a walk up counter with menu on the back wall. Easy order and food is brought to your table. Street tacos come in different flavors and fish/pork/chicken etc. Very tasty and served hot. Nice decor, quick service with follow up. Would come here again

We love lafiesta here in Ely. We haven't found a mexican place in Vegas that we like as much. I had my old stand by the sizzling steak fajitas, and the wife had a carne asada burrito. Both were tasty. Another favorite is the camrones amhodajo (common spelling). The raspberry margaritas was delicious!

They have a varied menu, pretty much whatever you want. The service is the fastest I have ever had in a restaurant. The food was very good. They have a bar, and lots of parking. One of the better Mexican restaurants in Ely. Would definitely return.

This restaurant is inside the Prospectors hotel and casino. The first day we had dinner here. The free chips came with two salsas, both were delicious. We had the Fajita's and carne asado with fries and salad. Both were seasoned and cooked well. Althought the place was packed the server took her time to answer our questioned and the food came quickly. The day after we had lunch here. Another friendly server tended us. We had a burrito and a huge grilled chicken sandwich. Again very well cooked and served quickly. The tables were clean, the restaurant decorations is interesting and the floorplan is quite open. We loved it here, would definitelly recommend it
